If you had a bad or unethical experience, complain so that there are fewer victims of such nasty, predatory companies.
I cancelled at the three day cancellation date and they told me I could not cancel or get a refund. I turned the matter over to my credit card company to dispute the charges. All charges were reversed. If you really want your money back, my suggestion is let your credit card company handle it.
