Agreed! But good luck with a refund! I tried on several attempts to no avail. Now they are charging me two remaining installments for a service I no longer am using. Arrogant organization.
Eharmonys phone help did everything possible to deny me any satisfaction or compromise. Truly an awful experience. I ended up complaining to my credit card company. PLEASE. If you had a bad or unethical experience, complain so that there are fewer victims of such nasty, predatory companies.
I cancelled at the three day cancellation date and they told me I could not cancel or get a refund. I turned the matter over to my credit card company to dispute the charges. All charges were reversed. If you really want your money back, my suggestion is let your credit card company handle it.
