That is really tricky. With a very small time window. You cannot cancel I advance, but only on 1-2 days nearing end of contract.
Further, they Send you no warnings and no monthly statements... All designed so it slips your memory
Really devious. I tried calling and emailing to close and they would not help. I had to complain to my cc company. They, at least, understood, and they blocked harmony. Also, eharmony's greatly increased monthly rate... Again with no mail or email notice. A really dishonest, greedy company.
