How do you get in touch with them. They don't answer phone or emails. Have you been to consumer all airs or a current affair about them?

I tried to buy from them but couldn't speak to anyone sensible, despite leaving many messages and exchanging many emails. If they won't talk to me before they get my money, I wonder how bad it is after they get my money. They don't deserve your $ and you don't need the risk. I'm happy to pay $20 more elsewhere. Obviously why they don't use paypal- despite claiming that they do-there would be too many refunds. Take a wide berth.

I don't know why its happened to you. But I did shopping twice and got lowest price and timely delivery as mentioned.

Email is your best bet, although sometimes they reply straight away & other times it takes a few days. I tried calling them too but it dialed out. Good luck
