I was nervous just like anyone would be to spend $1400 online for a refurbished TV but the price was great for my "new-to-me" 70" Sharp TV! Shipping came via freight services so it will take 5-10 days depending on where you are in the country. In my case I'm in Florida and it ships from California so it took 10 days.
The shipping company they used was great. The TV was in excellent condition and everything was in the box. I'm very happy.
I ended up saving $633 by buying a refurbished unit over a brand new unit at Best Buy. Thats a ton of cash! The easiest way to make the decision is if you buy "new" (and spend the extra cash) they you are betting that the TV will break within a year! Don't do it. By a refurbished unit from these guys! You won't go wrong!
I had purchased a stereo through Electrozone, and the checkout process was very simple, the website had an easy to get around layout, and the pages and menu were easy to see and navigate through. After purchasing, I received my stereo in beautiful condition. The packaging was well put together for a successful and safe shipping process. I'm also very happy with my new stereo. All of the features and specifics laid out on the website are on point, so I was not disappointed when turning it on! I would definitely recommend this website if you see a product on here you are considering ordering.
This was the final email to this site where I had purchased a Sony camera. They not only failed to ensure the shipment was complete, they failed to provide this missing remote and did not reply to numerous emails over a 4 month period...

I have sent email to you no less that 20 times over the past 4 months first advising that the Sony camera purchased from your "company" was missing the remote. These emails were followed by additional emails asking about a status for receiving the remote. Pls be advised that because you have failed to respond to my numerous inquiries that I intend to personally add your site to the following websites and any other websites I can find that provide customers the opportunity to write reviews for extremely poor service.

You will be able to read about your "company" in the next few days on both of these sites. Trust me, your "company" will share the bottom of the barrel with others that have folded over the years for this specific reason.

I purchased a refurb TV for a great price, after the 3rd day of having it started to get purple tinting to it and the colors were being over saturated no mater how hard/long i adjusted the settings. I even updated the tv to its new firmware. This was a 60in sharp aquas 3d, the tv also always had fuzz present no mater what source you were feeding it with,,
I emailed electrozone and let them know my issues i was having, they had my contact shapr which i did with no luck. Electrozone then setup a time for fedex to pick the tv up from my house and isued me a full refund just an hour after pick up.
Thanks to their good prices and great customer service ( i was dealing with a chic named Sarah) i will be purchasing my new tv through them and when time comes to upgrade another one, i know where ille begin my hunt.
