Nicholas was awesome! Finding out our insurance was ending at the end of this month was a little stressful. I called several companies trying to find coverage. Elite, and Nicholas were by far, the best, not only in terms of rates, but in knowledge and customer service as well. I highly recommend them!

Andy reached out to me shortly after the inspection. At first, it seemed like too much info and I was a bit overwhelmed. After talking to several other agents and getting some more quotes, turn out Andy was by far the most approachable, knowledgeable, and he really was looking out for us. They gave me the right coverage I was looking for at a competitive price. They also contacted my mortgage lender to have my premium included in my monthly mortgage payment prior to closing. As tough as insurance searching is, Shoncy made it so easy! She was super responsive and quick with quotes that saved us over $2,000 per year based on our current insurance company.
