Extremely poor quality silk! I've been using silk bedding for over 20yrs and never had silk pile before. Elle silk does pile - makes me wonder is it even real silk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Worth paying a bit more for better quality silk from another company.

My husband and I have a naughty cat named Zoe, whom we adopted two years ago. For the most of time, she's cute and quiet, however sometimes she got really grumpy and enjoy lying on our bedding, leaving hairs here and there. Last week we put on the new silk bed linen sets we bought and found no hair left till morning. I assume this has something to do with the natural fabric. Quality's pretty good for this type of price range.

They are just like they sound... silk pillowcases. Soft and, well, silky! I've used them for weeks and they feel so good. If you have really sensitive skin, they will cut down on the amount of moisture that is stripped from your skin by cotton or fleece cases.

The service was fantastic. I had changed address recently and my old address appeared on the delivery details. In a panic, I contacted customer services at Ellesilk and received an immediate acknowledgement, followed quickly by a reassuring personal email to say there was no problem correcting the address. My parcel arrived within four days, as expected. My silk pyjamas look fabulous, were packed beautifully. I think Ellesilk is a very professional but friendly organisation.

Very positive purchasing & buying experience! Was able to figure out sizing using the online guide, and the nightgown arrived in a timely matter. The silk blanket ordered from this site is much higher quality than what I was expecting! So soft! And the blanket seems to hold up great to washing. My daughter was excited to trade her old "well-loved" blanket for this one! Excellent buy! Thinking of getting another one for my youngest. It would be nice if they offered more girly colors... but that's my only complaint.

I am amazed that a duvet so light in weight can give so much warmth when you are sleeping! It drapes over your body and makes you feel all snug and cosy without the feeling of heaviness. The service and expertise offered by ellesilk team is excellent and after ordering, my duvet was sent out promptly in the post. The luxury of silk is definitely worth the investment for a good, quality night's sleep!

I had the same experience as someone below - ordered silk pj's as a present, used their size guide. PJ's are way larger than their site indicates and they refuse to replace them with a smaller size, even though it's their fault.
Their site says things like '100% Risk Free Shopping' and 'full money-back guarantee' but their small print renders this meaningless
£90 down the drain - I won't ever use them again.

I bought a silk nightgown for $140 back in February. When it arrived it looked great but after just two months of use it started splitting and tearing in many places. I have almost new LG washer and always use the most gentle mode to wash the nightgown. When I contacted ElleSilk with a complain they admitted that they had quality problem and corrected it recently by moving to the premium silk, however, they refused to replaced the item and offered $10 discount on the next purchase! What a scam!

We gave the silk comforter to my mother and she called me the next day to say it was the first night she had slept through the night in many years without waking up! This is a great gift--for someone else or yourself-- not too warm, not too cold... just right!

I love the beautiful soft luxurious pink silk blanket. My sleep is more restful and my skin allergies are much better! I give this product a 5 star rating. Everyone should have silk blanket for the pure healthy good benefits! I plan on giving more silk blankets as Christmas gifts to the rest of my family.

This is the third silk nightgown by ElleSilk that I have purchased for my wife. Totally worth it. This product is of exceptional quality, was beautifully packaged, and arrived quickly. I purchased a night shirt... it looked good upon receiving. However when worn it turns into a jumbled up mess. They don't take returns unless it;'s not been worn. Also, they will not allow my review on their site. I believe these good ratings are a scam on here, Very UNHAPPY with my purchase.

I am very impressed with the quality of these silk nightgowns and have ordered many, for both myself and for my mother. Very simple bias cut extra long nightgown fits to size. I ordered a medium and am size 10 and 5'6 tall - comes to my ankle. It would be a bonus if a cream or champagne colour was available in this extra long style and I hope one day that it will be.

For the price I think my silk pajamas hits all the marks. Comfortable, pleasing color, great design and easy to be washed! What pleased me most is that the silk does not snag or catch on dry skin, only remains smooth and comfort. At first my husband thought it's a bit luxurious for us but now we have reached an agreement that these pajamas truly worth every penny!

I purchased the silk cover from this site. I have not been disappointed and now I find it very hard to be comfortable sleeping on any other fabric of pillowcase, including satin pillow cases (very annoying!). My belief is that the silk is also kinder to my face than other fabrics. I will be buying more.

Truely awful. I can pretty much guarantee 0 positive reviews are genuine. This is because it is not just the size that is wrong with their sleepwear it is the cut. It has basically been thrown together so poorly, that no human being in existance would fit the shape of the clothes i just paid $200 form the model is 100% holding her arms in tight to her body to hide how much loose fabric sticks outb under the arms. One of the dearest garments i have bought and the worst quality garments at the same time. It feels extremely cheap.

Its a good job they offer 0 refund and make you pay packaging to China to get another pile of rubbish sent to u for your partners birthday.

I dont believe it is even silk. I will take it to an expert and if it is not silk i will spend my life getting them closed down.

I can't say anything about the quality of the product cause I still haven't received it after 6 weeks. However I have been going through the great reviews on this and other websites and I noticed that most of the reviewers had reviewed the same 2 businesses. Ellesilk and inweddingdress.com. I wouldn't buy anything from a company that has to post fake reviews about themselves. I will definitely be more careful to watch out for such dishonesty in the future. Hopefully this review will help someone.

Product's okay, but got caught with an extra invoice from the shipper/importer for duty and VAT which was unexpected and which amounted to £24.18 for a £68.66 purchase price and which already included the shipping costs. An expensive buy, turned out to be more than Harrods!

Do not purchase ellesilk items as gifts because your recipient will have no idea of the unreasonable10-day return/exchange policy. I contacted ellesilk on January 16 after I received a nightwear item as a gift on Christmas Day that is too large. I asked to exchange but was told NO. Allowing a gift recipient to make an exchange would cost the company almost nothing and result in a satisfied customer. Instead, I now have a $100+ item that I can't wear. I think this is very poor customer service.

So I misunderstood the refund policy (it said there was a 10-day no quibble) but then the details say my item was an exception only for an exchange. The nightie silk quality was okay - I have had much better. The fit was really strange and the size was right. The "vest" had a back shorter than the front and the long nightgown gaps a lot under the arms. It is also not a full length gown and I am only 5' 5" and the straps are not thick enough to last a long time. I am stuck with the items I ordered but if I had known that I could not return them, I would have purchased fewer items to try.

The silk sheets feel excellent, true to Size. My gf loves the sheets but says they wrinkle too easily - from a cursory look, I would agree. It's not a problem for most people, as the blanket tends to cover the sheets, but just putting that out there. Overall, however, I really like the sheets and am happy that they are the most comfortable bedding I've purchased, I recommend it!
