Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.

How quickly are keys supplied from 3rd party sellers?

Hello Peter. The orders are completed and the products shipped to your email as soon as the payment is confirmed. So, if you use an instant payment method, such as PayPal or credit card, the products should reach you right after you go through the "payment complete" screen. May i ask, if the key i bought doesnt work and the seller refuses to refund, will you guys refund me or give me a working key?

Hi there! If we can prove the key was used before you saw the key then the seller cannot refuse to provide a solution.
