Probably one of the better stores around. If you want to save up a few bucks, this is a place for you (speaking about PC only, though, haven't tried anything else). They are quick and it's easy, with new payment methods being added. So yeah, so far so good!

Bought my code on June 9th 2024. First off: I finally got my refund today (25th July 2024) after fighting for over a month just to get a refund.
The code was not working because there were inconsistencies likely caused by the seller itself. It was a google play code where google needed more information to make this code work. After providing this info, google stated that they would not accept my appeal because of incosistencies, which I later found out were caused by the seller (probably).
Even though I clearly got evidence from google, that the code is not working and NEVER WILL, eneba and the seller refused to refund me and instead gave me multiple different useless tasks to finish.
I had to open a case at paypal which was wrongfully decided for eneba and against me. Anyways, I also opened a case at the european online dispute resolution platform to make the whole thing reach the next stage.
I had to provide more then enough evidence which also was already going against my privacy just to proof, that this code is not working and never will. Eneba refused to side with me but rather sided with the seller that never really proved anything.
After fighting for 1 month and 16 days, I finally got a refund since eneba noticed, that there would not be anything to do against the evidence I provided multiple times. I see myself lucky that I was able to get a refund and from my experience, I can only guess that many people are just not being refunded whatsoever.
Fight for your rights guys and don't buy from Eneba. It was a catastrophy communicating with support and I am happy, that it is finally over...
Will never buy again from resellers online thanks to those guys.

There was a charge made to my card from this site. I never authorized this charge. I've never even been to this site. I was never emailed an invoice or receipt of the purchase, so I wasn't even aware of the charge being made to my card. When I asked for the email address associated with the purchase, they refused to give it to me, even though it was MY card that was used for the purchase. Seems really sketchy to me. No invoice, no email address provided. Makes me believe the people at Eneba conducted this fraudulent activity.

I purchased three 30-day Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes from seller gamemania. They were non-stackable codes; I had to wait for each to expire before using the next. I used the first two without a problem. When I attempt to use the third code after the second month expired, I found that the code had already been redeemed. I provided screenshots of my Microsoft account and the chat with Microsoft confirming that it wasn't used in my account. Eneba refused to refund the purchase because the code was used after my purchase. They said that the seller has ways to confirm this directly with the publisher, which they "could not ignore". Considering that I know for certain that I neither used the code nor gave it away, I believe that gamemania resold my code.
You can buy legitimate keys through Eneba but customer service will not help you if you get ripped off, even if you provide proof.

Beware of Eneba, this is the worst platform to spend your money on. The company claims to be reputable, however, its scamming the customers by selling "Already USED" keys, and upon contacting their support (which is super awful), they send you in a rabbit hole to contact the official Platform.
In my case, I bought the Cricket 25 - PS5 key, which turned out to be used already, and even though I contacted the ENEBA support, after days of back n forth emails, I was told that key was "not used" as per their seller.
I even provided the official Playstation Email to them, specifying that the key was used before I purchased it, but then I was ghosted.
Please, never purchase from this platform, as they're scammers, and huge liars, who will not hesitate to take your money, and then lie on your face.

Stole £25 from my Paypal. Sent me an email to say "your order has been confirmed", but the thing is that I didn't order anything from this website for almost 2 years! Customer service was not responding until I left a negative review on Trustpilot website. All they say is that they cannot help. No refund, no order cancellation, nothing. It's a scam. Read the reviews on Trustpilot, half of the people say their code didn't work and Eneba refused to refund them or offer a new key. So it is obvious they must be scamming people. Shocking customer service. They said they cannot help and closed my case without me even replying to their last message! Then sent me a link to rate their "support"! Avoid this website at all costs. I bought 6 xbox live cards from this site awhile ago. Only used 1 on the day of purchase and was saving the other 5 for later use when needed. When I went to use the other 5 they are already used... they are saying they habe been used and will not refund or replace the codes even though I did not use them. They resold the codes after selling them to me and someone else used them! They made double profit buy reselling codes I was saving for later use! Do not buy from them and think you can hold onto codes for awhile. They will sell then again to make more money and screw the first buyer out of everything!

I had never heard of this company until I seen my bank account had been withdrawn from by them. When I contacted them they were unwilling to even address the issue. They stated that they would not issue a refund. They are scammers and it has caused me to file a report with state and govt. Law.

Every time your transaction fails, they tell you its on our end, so refund has been issued. You won't get note from PayPal regarding the refund and which they didn't started. 4 transfections failed because of their system only 1 refund I got and they tell you in the email that it will take up to 28 days which is a lie as I get refund from any other sources in 3 days. Stay away from this website as it's very risky to get your money back and it has been 3 days and still no respond from their team support regarding my last refund which I lost 15 dollars.
To Amber: No sorry but you guys are thieves because if you guys really started the refund Paypal will send a message stating that a refund has been started but in your case Eneba didn't and will never do as people here said good luck getting your money. It's ok it was only 15 dollars that I lost and I have warned my friends and others not to make any purchases from Eneba.

Don't worry - if your orders were canceled, those funds are reserved and when your payment provider confirms that the payment was not completed the funds will be returned to you automatically. It will not necessarily take 28 days - PayPal refunds take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days, and only in edge cases it can take longer.
Our support agents usually answer tickets in 1-5 days. The reply times change on a daily basis as we are receiving different amounts of tickets every day, so it is only an approximate time estimation. They have to answer all tickets from the oldest to the newest, doing otherwise would be unfair to other users.
If you have already submitted a support inquiry - we'd love to review it! Provide us with either your support ticket number or your order ID - that way we'll be able to locate your order/support ticket in our system.

Please understand that the majority of positive reviews here are fake. Bought 2 PS Plus codes from these scammers and neither have worked. I contacted them for a replacement or refund. Slow response from them but they required me to provide many screenshots from my account of proof (understandably) which I did. They then required me to go through a long and complicated process of trying to get sony to confirm when the codes were used. ALL this so they could rob me of my $60. I would DEFINITELY advise caution. You would be approached by a "support team" with fake names ("Mark Stormborn") and they will waste your time and steal your money. Avoid this site, my experience is not unique. Do not trust them at all.

I tried purchasing a $50 Steam Wallet Key for my friend in the US. I was instead sold a Used key, emailed eneba about it. I was basically told that they have contacted the seller and will get back to me once they have done so. It has already been 2 days which I was advised not to wait for more than.
I even emailed them asking if it would speed things up if I applied for a refund instead of a new key but no...

Wanted to play evolve 2 but it's no longer on steam for some reason and decided to get it from this website which everyone was saying this is where they got their functional code and of course with my luck I get a duplicate and since I tried to activate it i can no longer refund it...

I bought a key for wwe 2k17 and when I tried claiming it, it said it had already been used. I contacted Eneba about it and provided screenshots but they said "the exact time for resolution depends on the seller and the amount of the current cases they have." It has been a day but I'm really not too sure how long this process takes. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because they still could give me another key, but as of now I still have yet to get one. The extra steps to this process are also very tedious.

The reason, why we can't immediately provide you a replacement key, because we need to investigate this issue with our seller, before we can provide any solutions for the case. To sum up short, It took about 5 days from the day I submitted the ticket for my issue to Eneba customer services to they finally issued me a refund.
Eneba told me the seller of the gamekey had confirmed my issue which means they did put a wrong key in that product I purchased, and they had sent the money back to my Eneba wallet.
All in all, I am happy with the result I guess, I never thought I could have my money back after buying a game key from a relatively newly-founded greyish market type of website/company. So I am satisfied with the outcome, and 5days of waiting seems reasonable to me.

The two ticket emails I sent have all the details of my issue. And I am still waiting for response from Eneba.
I Bought this Global Key says I can activate in my country which is Canada. When I try it on steam, it tells me the key is not available for purchase in my country.
I had previously bought quiet a few global keys from eneba and they have zero issues. So I hope this is just me having black luck and get a key from a bad vendor, I hope this issue can be resolved and I would like to either have a replacement of the Global key for the same product or get the refund back to my eneba wallet. The game that I had issue with is usually sell for 45 dollars even when it was on sale in my country, When I saw it was only for 27 dollars I kinda had this bad feeling about it too good to be true. And well, here we are, I was right. Shouldn't have purchased that.
If eneba have a telephone line for Customer Services, I am sure they will have to answer phone calls 24/7. I am so depressed that I made this purchased. You have nothing to do except waiting for their email reply. I had no choice but complaining it here and hope that people from Eneba can notice my issue and give me a proper solution.

Be cautious when you see a game key is too cheap and too good to be true. That's how I got scammed by one of the vendors on this website. Spent about 30 bucks on a Global game key that I can't use at all. Tells you it's a global key until you paid with your credit card and everything, You find out it's a region-locked key which is not worth the price at all.
Title says it all. I've purchased many steam keys from this site and I've always received the codes nearly instantaneously. They're a lot cheaper than their competitors too. Highly recommended! I bought GOLD EDITION game code, activated on Ubisoft and received standard edition of this game, I opened case and asked for full refund, after 3 days, Eneba support person answered me on my email and full refund was issued by Eneba, so I can tell only that all is great, prices also affordable but need ask sellers before purchase, to avoid open cases and also seller mistake has been revealed so all ok, I advice this site/store. 4 stars - cause of they doesnt have a chance to check all sold keys on their website so cause of that we need to use REFUND option if something goes wrong but all works great as I checked all this support things, all legit and advice.

Refund or key replacement is only possible in these cases:
Key hasn't been viewed.
Key is invalid.
Key has already been used before the purchase happened.
Those are absolute conditions for refund to happen. If either of them are not applicable, our support team is simply not able to provide any additional resolutions, due to the nature of digital keys and the inability of neither our support team, nor a seller to revoke a key after it has been viewed.
