Very compassionate answers with a lot of empathy for my wife situation before calling me had investigated possible treatment or options for referrals.
Although we were trying most of the options suggested it was good to know that they had researched and took my concerns to heart. Thanks again for the heartfelt response.

This is typical false hope that is very expensive you expect people to take out loans or mortgage their house and future and this harms future generations of that family weather you save their life or not,not a good business model unless your extremely rich no thanks you keep catering to the wealthy and the rest of us will figure it out

Our family relocated to AZ so that a family member could receive treatment for esophageal cancer. When her health struggled, we were told that her treatment was "working" & that it was "normal." After 3 months of this roller coaster, we were told her CT scan showed a "37% reduction of the cancer," only to have her oncologist from home confirm that her cancer was in fact WORSE & SPREADING. Envita lied to us so that we would continue to give them money. Even if it meant dying away from home & loved ones.

The feedback speed is too slow, I have not received a formal reply after 2 weeks of contact (compared with several hospitals in Japan, there is a reply on the same day or the second day of contact).

At my first contact with Envita, the patient educator I spoke with was Danielle Mahar. Danielle was welcoming, professional, caring, and clearly communicated the medical care patients would expect at Envita Medical Centres. All my questions were answered with satisfaction.

Casey Hess was a great listener and answered all my questions, and followed up with an email breakdown of services, costs, etc.

Since I live in California, we cant move to Arizona, so we dropped the idea. But the representative who called was very courteous

My trajectory was going the wrong direction and my life was getting smaller every day as my brain seemed to be shutting down in more & more areas. The CDC test still said I didn't have Lyme Disease but they did other testing that showed that I did. Treatment was challenging but now that I am recovered, I can verify that they were right & I am getting my old self back. It feels so good to feel good again! Dr. Coffin listened to me & was able to get me a correct diagnosis & treatment. Missy made the logistics of coming so easy & Sydney took the load off of me during treatment by taking care of the little details. Envita has a fantastic team that will focus on getting you well again. I thank the Lord that Envita was there for me when I needed them!

I have always tried to follow a natural foods regimen, and I believe that has kept me strong and healthy so that when I was diagnosed with cancer at age 79 I was healthy enough to remain healthy enough to fight it.

Website looks like a lot of available information, I'm attracted to the many types of treatments although I don't understand what they are or how they work. I was looking for treatment for my mother who has cancer but we don't know what kind yet. We live in New Mexico and have decided to pursue treatment in-state. I never spoke to someone from your center but that is not because y'all did reach out to me several times. My phone has an aggressive call filter and I didn't know about the calls and have just been too overwhelmed with not knowing what to do that I did not call back. Thank you for your responses.
