I decided to try this stuff for just the shipping price which cost more than what was advertised. Then I find out that your company is trying to bill me for a subscription which I didn't know about. Even though a Google search stated there is no sneaky subscription with this company, its all lies, they send you a tiny trial tub and then a couple weeks later charge your account at $188.84 and don't even send a full size product so you end up paying near $200 for a trial product and won't refund you any money. All they can say on the phone is read the terms and conditions and read the email sent stating the process, which I never recieved
I ordered 2 products. None of them worked. On the top of that worst customer service. And 14-day Trial is just extracting the money from customer for 1 time product. They charge you and terms and conditions are only to confuse customers in words.

I bought Argan Oil + Idrotherapy but had to throw away. It didn't suit me and they didn't take return.
I bought this product on one of their trials and so far £73 pounds as been taken from my account. I rang them before the money was taken because I wanted to cancel but they said I could not because in the small print you sign up to a subscription.The small print is very small and I mean small.The lady on the phone said I could have the Argan oil for £29.95 and the other item as a free gift but they took £73 pounds from my account. Also the UK number on their site goes through to the Philippines.

Their customer service is the worst l have dealt with. I ordered a mold and skin tag remover for my husband. The day the package arrived with two other trial creams, l quickly opened the serum bottle and applied to the affected areas on my husband's back. When nothing happened as promised. Later that day, l applied again and so on. Days later, l looked at the bottle and to my surprise, it was a youthful serum for face.
That same day, l noticed US$102.53 deducted from my checking account. I called to ask why and was told l didn't call with the 7 day trial. Nothing happened in 7 days after using a new product. I requested a refund and was told no! You knew exactly what you were doing and will not get a refund.
A few days later, l called again, and spoke with another agent. Again, she was disrespectful and started the same as before.
I hope no one else has to experience that kind of disrespect from a company. They have absolutely, no customer service Etiquette.

My husband bought the argan oil thru online free trial for our daughter who has psoriasis. It saves us more. No buying of expensive cream as maintenance for her skin. Getting the product at a discounted price as well.
Multiple international transactions have been taken from my account based on my "free trial". No product has been received, and their customer service team will not review the matter over email - even though their T&Cs state the opposite of this. I will be reporting them for fraudulent activity.

Family purchased this product and we are disappointed by the way that They treated her.
Offered a free trial, just pay shipping so they purchased the product in good faith. The product didn't arrive til 10 days later and she was unaware that there was a 14 day trial tied to the terms. Upon looking at an email their fine fine fine print stated they will be charged monthly of $154.17 automatically via credit card.
Nowhere did I see that you must contact the company within 14 days that she would then have to pay the full price equating to $154.17 for this product she already received.
This feels like a scam and I am heavily disappointed. Taking advantage of vulnerable consumers
They offer a free trial and when order is purposefully delivered late you not only receive items you didn't want nor have use for you're charged $139 and locked into a contract. When you attempt to call their provided phone number to cancel you can't get through and the automated system says to "try again" with no different outcome. Emails are unanswered and there's no mechanism on their website to cancel. Argon oil is a great product but I'd advise ordering from elsewhere.

I was one of the many purchasers caught by this website. The product is actually ok but the price changed with every delivery. The product is overpriced for what it is and similar products can be purchased at a much cheaper rate. I cancelled the order but since then I have been inundated with advertising emails from this company, despite requesting that they delete my contacts from their mailing list. The number of emails in the last month must number over 100. I am at the point of referring the matter to ASIC.

I had purchased the trial sample and to my surprise two weeks later was charged over $300!
The customer service is terrible and they want to charge me $9.99 US for the return before I get my money back and there is no guarantee of that either.
I would not recommend this product to anyone, don't do it
Warning to all who visit the Argan website or facebook page to buy Essence of Argan.
There is a lot of fluff in small print and I expect most of us think... yeah marketing hype.
But at the bottom buried in their Terms and Conditions, most of us dont get to scrolling down that far, is the devil in the detail. That first AU$10.01 is just for the freight. If you dont cancel your subscription, who knew they were signing up for a subscription, not me, then you are locked in to paying the rest for the first bottle and AU$147.10 and then a regular AU145+ per month for more bottles.
Please if you want to cancel, ring their phone numbers. Dont bother with the email, I sent one and waited for a phone call and got only another bloody bottle of Argan. The have finally cancelled my subscription and actually are going to reimburse me for the bottle that had not left their location yet.
VERY IMPORTANT - read the fine print at the end and call them to cancel.

They only wanted me to pay for the shipping, the never send any confirmation email, it took 17 days before the products arived, the money was taken a few days after that and I was not allowed the proper trial... I'm a beneficiary with a chronic illness, and have no kids or husband or any family for support, and they took more than 300 dollars out of my account a few days before Xmas... I have been trying to get my money back... I never subscribed, yet I am told I was... Still to this day thanks to their greedy actions, I had to go without groceries that Xmas and all the automatic payments of my bills were left up the wall with no payment to give them, as there was hardly any money left in my account after they swiped it all... Don't get caught. Absolute scam. If you don't return trial within 2 weeks they keep deducting on a regular basis. I'm over $1000 out of pocket. Cancel the subscription you don't know you have or cancel your card immediately.
Their customer service is the worst l have dealt with. Dec. 13, I ordered an argan oil 50 mL bundle and they shipped it together with the 14 day trial Argan Infused Hyaluronic Acid Serum. I received the package the 20th of December and phoned in the 28th to check why I was billed twice, 1 for $251.14 and another for $143.08. I was told in a rude manner that the trial product is considered sold since I did not cancel right away. I said I did not even tried nor open the product, and if that is the case I'd rather send it back and ask a refund of my money. I requested a refund and was told NO! The rude lady is saying 14day trial starts when it was shipped. Seriously! And she rudely said You knew exactly what you were doing and will not get a refund. She was really disrespectful. They offer "free" trial sample to be delivered. Hidden in terms and conditions is a clause that says you must contact them to cancel trial within 14 days of order date or you locked into forced deliveries costing hundreds of dollars. Order never arrives in time so they make you responsible to contact them to redo delivery. And the cycle just repeats. At some point you miss the time restriction and automatically get locked in.

I responded to a free trial offer. What they fail to tell you is that you are automatically enrolled in the subscription program and that if you don't like the product and want to cancel you still need to pay $29 USD for the free trial offer. I have sent back the product without trying it, it could be the best product in the world but I refuse to deal with a company that is so underhanded in how they sell their product. It cost me $20 in shipping to receive and return this! Thank-you for nothing.

Paid for my " Free Sample postage " by credit card. Oil arrived with no instructions. Noticed a few days ago, that 99.38 euro had being billed to my Mastercard account. For what I have not idea. Went in to their website yesterday www.aaa-argonoil.com and all I could see was complaints from people who have been taken for a ride. Today you are no longer able to get in to this site. Frauds
I seen the ad on Facebook, I was interested, so I ordered the product. Not knowing the fine print as well. The bottle, I received initially " essence of argan" already had a pinhole drilled in it, therefore did not get to try it. Then reached out to company to see why I had been charged $137.53 that I was not budgeting for. I proceeded to ask the agent to speak to her manager, 4 or 5 times. She kept ignoring my request. I explained that I am a single mother greiving the death of an only daughter that passed a year previous. I have my 17 yr old son to raise and I'm on a certain budget. I was exhausted in trying to communicate with her, as well I stated that I was dealing with a burst water pipe., more stress added. That cancel everything if I could have my $137.53 reimbursed, I' cannot put anymore energy into this situation She then proceeded to carry on about the 2nd product not being addressed. Somebody needs to teach her Customer Service Skills
