Sellers aren't responsible nor are they held accountable for sending purchases items. There's no way to reach Etsy of all goes south! Can I trust u?

Yes and No. Yes, as long as the review window for that purchase is still open and the seller has not responded to your review you will still be able to change it. If the review window has passed (closed) or the seller has responded to your review then No, you can't.
