Why have I been charged 49 Euro for a Canada eta when it only costs $7 from the government site, which I thought I was using to apply.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting us.

The price for issuing an eVisa is flexible and may vary depending on the processing website.

We want to inform you that the total price includes:

- simplified submission process;
- translation of a page to different languages;
- support and assistance via email seven days a week;
- approachable customer services team via phone;
- review of all data by visa experts before submitting to the Government Visa Departments;
- edition of photos/documents to adequate formats required by the Government authorities;
- free visa status updates and necessary corrections;
- recovery of your eVisa in case you lose it;
- an enforced secure collection of data for accounts and applicants

We would also like to note that 98% of the applications processed by our agency have been approved with positive results. This high approval rate is a testament to our commitment to providing reliable and efficient services.
We are an Agency and provide extra support. We're the ones handling your travel paperwork and contacting the Government on your behalf, which is why our service fee, in addition to the official visa fee, is different from the official one.

Should you have any questions, please contact us.
