As a person that travels a lot, I must admit that applying for a visa online was the best that could happen to me. It doesnt take much time and is very comfortable. I always hated that you need to visit the office and wait god knows how many hours for your turn in the queue. With Evisa Express my application for Sri Lanka eta was fast and convenient. They sent me the approval after a week or something. Good service.
Was charged double the price for a visa to Vietnam. Was tricked into thinking I was dealing with the Vietnamese government. They pay google to direct you to their website. Wasn't until after I paid that I questioned how expensive the visa was. I tried to cancel because the money had not yet left my account but they refused. Polished based company ripping off unsuspecting travelers all over the world.

On recent experience, this company sold me worthless documents at three times the price of an actual one (Visas). I complained. It has treated me with disdain! A scam and ignorant company. I would steer clear of them!

We do not have any influence on the final decision of the Immigration Office regarding the eVisa requests. The Immigration Office has the right to either accept or deny the eVisa request, the final decision is not issued by our Agency and we cannot be blamed for it. Refund cannot be granted for the already finalized service, as per out Terms of Service to which you agreed to upon applying with us, once the applications are in process and we pay the to the Authorities for the review of your request, the application is no longer refundable.

I am planning a trip to India soon (in the middle of May 2023) and I needed to apply for a visa. I was searching for some way to not visit the embassy - I've heard it takes a lot of time. Instead, I found out you can apply for an India visa online. Evisa Express issued my visa fast. I had no problems with application and I had a ready visa in a few days. Very professional.

This vendor intentionally sponsors and appears as the first search result, presenting itself as the official website for applying for a visa to Vietnam. However, it charges over three times the original price that the embassy charges and may not reveal the inflated price until the last payment step. No additional OPT authentication is required to complete and check the transaction price.
Moreover, even if you withdraw the application within a few minutes of submitting it due to the excessive charges, you cannot receive any response or refund from the vendor.

As to the withdrawal of your application, if the Visa request has already been forwarded the the Authorities, we are no longer able to cancel it and issue a refund. They said that cannot apply for my visa at the moment when I paid because visa needs to be processed within 30 days before my flight, which is totally false then I push them and 2 weeks before my flight they said that visa was under process but never sent a valid application number. Don't go with them!

I was a bit worried at first. Its my first travel to Mexico. But their website made everthing so easy. I got charged 375 aed for a a visa that I can get for free on arrival to Oman. And when I made the complaint the answer was ( it's mentioned on the internet that it's free and you decided to do it with us! What a joke! Unprofessional. As they ask you about all details before applying they should come back to you with an honest answer if this application is chargeable or not. Not getting every single opportunity to steal people money!

Dear Sir/Madam, kindly note that you applied for the eVisa which can be obtained in advance of your trip. We are a private Agency, therefore the price you are paying includes visa fee, service fee and processing fee, as an assigned Agent is taking care of your file and makes sure the application process goes smoothly.
The process was a bit costly due to the rush processing, but I must say that I received the visa on time. While the price was quite expensive, the peace of mind of knowing that my visa would arrive on schedule was priceless.

I recently purchased online visa for Korea. Aplication was easy, there aren't many questions. But the process could be faster. They say that it is only 3 easy steps but it takes some time to finish aplication. A good thing is they have their website in Spanish. Overall I can recomend this site.

I used Evisa Express to buy the ESTA USA. From what I've read, it is a document essential to travel to America. If you don't have it, you will be required to go back home. I applied at their webiste and I must admit the application form was clear, but I have been waiting WEEKS for approval. Luckily I got it on time. Of course I contacted the support team and they said they did not issue my visa sooner because there was a long time between the application and departure date. Still, I'd be less worried if I knew it sooner... Good service and helpful staff but they shouldn't make you wait this long!

Evisa express has a website address similar to the cambodian government website and charged Euro 99 for a cambodian visa when I paid $36 on the cambodian govt website for my wife's visa. This company is 3x more expensive and making 200% profit. Shameful. When I asked for a partial refund, they refused. Disgusting company with no morals. DO NOT USE THEM!

I used Evisa Express to get my electronic visa and I must say, I was qutie impressed. Whole process was so easy!. All I had to do was fill out the online application and after a few minutes I had my visa in my inbox. I would definitely recomend them to anyone looking for a reliable online visa company.

When using the service of Evisa Express, make sure to apply for your eVisa early enough before the date of your travel. Applying at the last moment is not a good idea! All in all, you can trust them as they really know what they are doing.

Not only they charged me visa processing fee 3 times higher than that from the official website, but actually they did not process my application as if they had forgot my case until I threatened to expose them in Internet as a scammer. When I finally received my visa approval letter, 3 weeks had passed since I paid money to them, which would normally only take 3 days to get if you applied the visa through the official website. I did a very stupid thing this time and gave them a chance to rip off my money!

Scammers. They dont issue a visa. It's a fake visa with no validity of issuance. Fraud site. I called Amex and disputed the charges. You should too.

It is clearly stated on our website that we are an Agency - when you apply with an Agency for any kind of service, the fee will always be higher, as we are the ones applying on your behalf and making sure everything is correct, and if there's a need, contacting the Embassy, which is why you pay the fee for the service provided.
Worst service ever, almost 4 times more expensive than through (proper) official site. After several week, they rejected the visa both for me and my daughter with no explanation, and NO money back. We applied through an official governmental site (new charge, but much lower), and got our visas. So: do not maske the mistake of ever apply for a visa with that company.
