Called me back and was attentive to my queries, resolved the issues and patiently run a tester to make sure all the phone systems are working alright. Happy with the eventual outcome.
My phone and fax went down for my company and I can't get a response online and no picks up. Made me look very bad in front of my clients. This is has made my experience not good knowing I can't get anyone to help. But the sales department works just fine in getting new accounts.

"... for choosing eVoice for your virtual phone solution!" I received an email purporting that I had signed up to get an extra phone line, and company would be charging my credit card. I never signed up with them. I do have an eFax account, which constantly promotes getting an eVoice number, which I don't want.
Even worse, the number they assigned me is a "9**" number, so god knows how much people would get stuck with if they were ever to try to call me on this number.

Worst customer service ever
After 20 plus years with this company when i asked for someone to come out and discuss what i considered to be over charging and out of date account they refused to send any one out and the two people i spoke to didn't care and were outright rude. They then sent me there conditions of engagement basically saying they owned our numbers.
I have been a customer on and off for 5 years. I renewed my subscription then wanted to cancel after 3 months. I let evoice know and thought it was canceled. Another 2 months goes by and I was still getting billed. They refunded one of the months then really canceled. BTW, you can lower your bill by asking to cancel. Evoice offered me a $6 monthly discount to stay.

Customer service is only via email unless you want to wait an hour or more on the phone.

We just signed up yesterday and we're only able to use it for a couple of calls. They told me my account was suspended for fraud. I asked them to cancel my account and she said that she could not cancel it since it since it was suspended she would send me a number and I can call back and check. I'm calling my bank to make sure they don't run my credit card and I would not suggest these people at all we had nothing but trouble the first 24 hours and possible to get through to customer service and when I did she hung up on me as well so we will not be using the service

We have been using eVoice's services for over a decade in the US or UK, both eFax and E-Receptionist. Very reliable and affordable products. Never had any downtime. The billing section in the portal is very useful, as well as the admin settings. Thank you for your excellent services!

It's easy to sign up, and easy to cancel. Customer Support is very helpful.

DO not use, free month was cancelled but charge was made to bank. Then refund promised and not at bank 2 weeks later. Cust service said they issued it. So I have to get bank on phone and call them personally to fix it, no help from them.
I have just finished a call with your customer service contact who I found very helpful as he was able to resolve the issue we were having with inbound calls.
However, I must point out that when using the service from a client's perspective, the 'live service' section of the call leaves the caller hanging on for some time and no opportunity for the caller to subsequently leave a message! I tried this several times today and always got the same response, i. E, a request to hold and then, a musical interlude that plays endlessly without a chance to leave a message! Rating for this section of the eReceptionist service I'm afraid is: 2*!
I started their free trial for a 2nd phone line. They took my credit card info, and the site would not allow me to create my account. In the end, it never worked, and they refused to cancel my service. I had to contact the credit card company to dispute the charge.
Stay away, horrible product that does not work, and scammers on top of it all that will take your money anyways.
Spoke with John today regarding setting up my voice massage. He was very helpful and informative plus he gave me a few examples and tested my number. Initially when I purchased my number I wasn't given as much information regarding my package so well done John... keep up the good work!
This is a great service. The calls are managed until a person accepts the call. We use the call forwarding feature. This ensures that calls get sent sequentially through a list of numbers, until someone answers. If nobody is available, the call gets diverted to their voicemail systems, which emails you the voice message. We highly recommend this service.

I've been an eReceptionist customer for a long time and they never disappoint. Reliable and excellent service every time. Never had any issues with the service. Very friendly and helpful customer care. Great experience.
Used eVoice for my business for years. Everything was going good until it started redirecting me to a strange page appx 7 months ago whenever I tried to log in from my desktop & mobile app. The page is: https://www.ucmmail.com/startpage.asp. It is a totally unrelated Evoice site.
EVoice could never tell me why this was happening, nor what this page is that I was consistently being redirected to, yet insisted they give me a new password over the phone each time it happens. Every new password of theirs would work... until the next time I tried to log in. It was a pretty uncomfortable situation, wondering if they are legit, especially since they could never give me a description of this strange page or why it was even happening from both my desktop and their mobile app.
Since eVoice can't explain this strange page I keep landing on, I recently canceled my acct with them.
All I can say to anyone thinking of using eVoice... you better think twice before signing up with them
Product doesn't work, and once you sign up they did not let me cancel. I had to call my credi card company to dispute the charges. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from evoice.com
DO NOT GET A VOIP LINE FROM THIS COMPANY. They will illegally force you to stay with them by not letting you port out your number to another carrier. They know after a few months, no one would want to change their number for their business and they would stay with evoice because they don't allow portability. It's illegal and someone should stop them from doing this practice.
I signed up for a free trial because I wanted to see for myself what the experience would be like. I decided it wasn't worth my time, since Google Voice gives me what I need already. Thus, I decided to cancel. While going through with calling support and canceling, the customer support representative was clearly told to up-sell some discounts. The problem is that I'd already said 3 times that I wanted to cancel. I firmly said that I'd simply like to cancel, or else I'd become angry. I don't like being harsh, but it annoys me when I feel forced to accept something simply because it's discounted. Evoice, please make note of this. I know the CS reps are just doing their job, but you're making them out to be the bad guy. Shame on you. Allow your reps to accept a No. If we customers want to keep a service and we're happy, -- you'll know! I'm now never going to consider going back, because of what YOU, EVOICE, forces support to do. I'd never suggest this product to anyone. Talk about shady dealings.
My name is Kim I am a lawyer, DO NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. Online they offer a 14 day trial service "UNLIMITED CALLS' I sign up, I made about 20 telephone calls, E-VOICE stops my calls saying it looks as if my calls are spam. I said no I am returning calls because we are short-staffed due to COVID. I was then upset and told I could get a refund in 30 days. I said refund, I thought this was a 14 day trial. The lady gave me some BS about what I signed up for was not the free trial. I said I did not have other options. I said I am not satisfied, I will call you back. I then get an email from a *******@onebox (which is Evoice) and was told my account was closed due to fraud. I called back and supposedly they are investigating, but was told because I did the service online I would not get the free trial. I said I WANT MY REFUND today, and not I am on hold. E-VOICE IS A SCAM DO NOT EVER GET THEIR SERVICE.
