My item I posted has been lost and damaged. There is absolutely no way you can speak to a human. They eventually sent me a link to make claim - the page doesn't even work so I can't do that. The automated chat is next to worthless. Im waiting for a refund before I go to Trading Standards and Small Claims court.
We live on a farm at the end of a long drive every other carrier is able to deliver without a problem Evri consistently say need further information or unable to gain access. I have downloaded there app and put the what three words position in and a picture of the porch. What more can I do. When I complain the best response I get is have your parcel delivered to a parcel shop. I'm paying for delivery to my address so why should I have to do that.

Evri entered fake tracking and someone else's delivery photo. Wasn't even my house and a man with a parcel at his feet which even the seller said wasn't my package from them, no man lives or is at my home. Seller refunded me but eBay did nothing about it. If it states delivered case closed no questions asked. Thank god I never paid a fortune as this was so stressful! Evri need closed down asap. In my photos one is of a genuine Evri delivery. The one with a man with a parcel at his feet I have no idea who or where that is.
Low IQ's
It seems to me that Evri's recruitment policy is that they are taking people on with low IQ's and training them down.
In the space of a week the winkle spanners have lost two parcels, the first one disappeared into thin air and the second parcel was just dumped on a door step to house that has no one living in it.
Over the years I have numerous parcels go missing with Evri/Hermes, not acceptable.
So Evri if you are reading this bad review, you can rest assure, I am now going to make your life's a misery starting with your drivers by investing whether they are all road legal, by having business car insurance and I won't stop there.

Shocking company. They lost one of our boxes and theres no one there to help. Their driver didn't drop off all the boxes and has what I can only assume stolen it.
All their boxes are marked and you can't tell me it can't be found?
They know who delivered it. The box was full of personal items.

Evri are incapable at delivering in Flats or Apartment buildings. They make no effort to buzz to be let in and just see a flat and walk off and claim they couldn't deliver that day...awful awful service
Two parcels sent on two occasions to the same address. Both lost. Both not investigated. No call back option from Evri, no response from Claire auto it, and an automated phone number that gets you no further than I'm sorry.

Receiving and sending a parcel with Evri is great, but for customer service it is the worst I have ever experienced. I tried contacting the company by phone. Immediately I was asked by an automated voice asking to type in parcel number. I was calling about something else but they kept asking and asking for a parcel number. Eventually they ended the phone call. I tried to contact them by email but couldn't find an email address. I tried to use the Live Chat function but again talking to a robot asking for a parcel number constantly but they eventually ended the chat. I don't know why these companies cannot understand we are not always trying to get information about a parcel, it can be something else. I really wish companies could hire human beings to ANSWER the phone.
I sold an item on EBay which was posted to USA in July 2024. I was informed 4 days ago( just under 2 months after sale) that it had not been received.
I was initially past from pillar to post saying that it looked like the parcel was lost but they had to investigate. Then with breakneck speed they rejected my claim because I hadn't informed them within the terms and conditions timescale that it had not been delivered.The buyer had waited the time to tell me and how was he to know that there was a time limit? Then I was told it was my fault as I should have checked the tracking and realised it had gone missing. God forbid a company has the ability to realise themselves that a parcel entrusted to them has gone missing. So now, I am without my goods that have been paid for and the buyer is without his money. I only gave 1 star as I was unable to give none. Unfortunately I will not use this company again. When you do complain all you receive are the generic answers!
And to top it all, a reply from Evri on Trustpilot asked me to get in touch to review what went wrong 🤬
They should be removed from doing any business absolutely horrid customer support, the delivery guys love to steal parcels and not is there to support, I straight up don't buy from sellers who use evri, lost £300 today bcoz of their $#*!ty illiterate drivers who think recycling bin is safe spot, doesn't knock door even though everyone is at home, i see on the app that the parcel is dumped on my recycling bon and then instantly I go and see it to be not there

I should recive my parcel delivered to parcelbox. Parcel box I went at the day one QR code was invalid. I went next following day the same. I have been told parcel had been collected as I never picked up? Another advisor told me parcel was to big and never been in parcel box that's why I couldn't collect. I send about 20 messages via chat and zero solution to resove the issue.
I offer to collect from depot or deliver to my home adress as I already changed to parcelbox and can't change again.
Today I been told they send my parcel back.

Firstly Evri I think Evri is good company but your reputation is not enza the robot is useless can't get thou to real person you get the run around good percentage of bad reviews is not your fault but the courier you employ my courier 🤨 GARY puts parcels outside of door and takes picture check it / if stolen headache for the customer receiveing it puts made up reasons in pda not to delivery my parcel was due yesterday 11.30 to 1pm then GARY updated. Pda unable to deliver as he has don previously delivered one parcel across the street I had to go get as I've had stoke was effort now due to Gary I have no tracking no clue where my item is had to click parcel shop in hope he can make it to bottom floor without clicking porky on pda please pass this to ceo first get rid of enza the useless robot / secondly get decent couriers to deliver and give people the opportunity to speak to real people

Second delivery same driver (gary) posted it to main door dwelling across the rd from me third delivery sent pic of entry concole and never asked to be let in. If I could give no stars I would. Why is the courier delivering items at 5.03am, 3.56am and other times such as this. Why are all the packages left outside the communal building. I am disabled, i cannot carry things or move things. I fell trying to navigate the packages inside the building. Delivering items at such an early hour is unacceptable and dumping packages where anyone can take them is unacceptable. Being disabled more care should be taken with my deliveries. I am appalled at the service from Evri
Evri have delivered to me on 6 occasions, they chose on all occasions to dump the parcels downstairs (I am 2 floors up in the flats) they never knocked my door or buzzed the entry door they just dumped took a photo and left it there
Three times they were missing 3 times they were resent where I was watching the app closely I rescued 2 of them, all this despite being promised by Evri that it will never happen again they even had words with the driver but no he just dumps them
Looking on the review sites you see lots of similar reports of wrong addresses safe places ignored dumped in the street, the list is huge. Unfortunately, this now means I won't buy from any company that uses Evri as the courier. I did try to get a supplier to give options for delivery, they refused BTW these were orders from Temu and Ali express. I did feel a bit sorry for customer service agents I could sense their frustration I literally spent hours trying to sort the mess out Ali express expect the customer to gather evidence and provide documentation that Evri don't even have I could go on a lot longer, but I think this will give folk enough of an idea of how they perform

Ali express have lots of online shops who showcase their products on the one place, so sometimes shipping is free (probably built in the price of more expensive items) and others you pay Evri won't personally compensate you even if you struggle with the suppliers because of their lack of sop's and documentation

Yet again been waiting for a delivery via evri for 2 weeks only to have a false delivery to a random abandoned building in my area. When this was reported the driver then "attempted" re delivery by taking a picture of a damaged and then hastily repaired package in the back of a van with other parcels visible. I am seriously in need of this package for my son who has disabilities. This driver is a lazy good for nothing thief which gives those who are damn good at their job a bad name. It's always this driver in my area and it doesn't matter where the package is sent from, he repeatedly opens them, takes stuff and dumps packages all over the town, even on top of public bins! Every time I've complained and had investigations done and even contacted the police over this I end up getting a ban by evri for a year on all my deliveries, so they get immediately returned to sender. I know their cheap for businesses to use but they're cheap for a reason! Don't throw money away and cause your business a bad reputation by using evri or their associated companies. I will now be avoiding all businesses that use evri, and I will cancel any orders if I discover they are being used.

Having ordered various items from various places I have only ever had problems with Hermes/Evri. One expensive and irreplaceable Christmas present apparently sprouted legs and vanished. 2 Dinner Services sent at separate times arrived totally smashed to bits with one parcel having two muddy footprints indented into the box. A third parcel which included several small items and a 15kg bag of animal food just got lost (or as I say it sprouted legs and walked away). As for delivery dates and times - why bother - they nearly always change the date saying 'no one was in so we couldn't deliver it' even though I wait in whenever a delivery is due. They then state a next day delivery - which doesn't happen or you just get a message to say the parcel has been lost (a lot of sprouting legs about)! I am now going to order online when I know for sure Evri will not have anything to do with my deliveries. They need a MINUS 100% review as I am sure many people would use it.
My temu parcels are coming from evri asked the driver that they lost one parcel now won't deliver my remaining temu orders saying customer refused parcel yet we have CCTV camera to prove no evri driver came temu will now send from royal mail any person ordering from temu tell them to get there parcels delivered from royal mail plus they are alot quicker

The issue that I have experienced was: Package was meant to be returned and was collected but never returned. Paid £4.99 and despite untold emails - they said TODAY 19/7/2024 (3 weeks later) that the issue was to be addressed with Zig Zag!
It occurred on: 28/06/2024
This meant that Spend weeks trying to resolve this
Refund and compensation IS REQUIRED and not palming it off on Zig Zag.

The tracking says that they've had my parcel for almost 2 weeks and it only reveals that it seems to have taken up residence in their depot. No indication of if it will ever move or has taken permanent residence in the unnamed depot. And no way to find out.
I'd love to say what I think of them but I really don't feel I can just in case they...

Question is unclear- (a tip for others who might use this site) - which site? Sitejabber? Or the service my review is about? Since it says site not company or service it must be Sitejabber? Well first time user of sitejabber, it seems ok if a little confusing. And not good is your next page personal information question - my exact date of birth? That's NOT secure at all,is it? Why not month/year for example?
If it means EVRI, which would be more useful here then that's not good from you at all.
I've never really had any issues to be fair. All depends on the driver. Most of them do have some common sense.
It's just how it's all managed. Parcels tend to get delivered during the day when most people will be out at work etc and if you miss it. There is no option on the website to pick a day or time for re delivery. Like there is for Royal mail etc. And not even a drop off location. So every day I keep missing the parcel/s. And picking next day doesn't always work either as sometimes the driver doesn't show up at all. (Again depends on the driver).
I purchased and paid for a parcel uplift on the17th and had the receipt saying pick up on the following day.No sign of the driver so after e mails and complaints, I find out on Monday 22nd that, the driver couldn't pick(no reason given) We were in all the time.WE are now told it will be picked up today, monday. Communication is disastrous!
