This trip was incredible. Exotica took care of everything. Logistically brilliant! We had 10 flights in 2 weeks including all the transfers, trips & accommodation. We were met at every single airport and transported to accommodation with clear instructions for the next day. All the guides and tours were well worth the early starts.

I couldn't book hold luggage prior to my trip and exotica tried but said it had to be done 24 hours before. As it turned out we couldn't do it 24 hrs before either and had to leave it until we went to the airport.

My wife and I have just returned from our third Exoticca holiday in the past 2 years. Without doubt these have all been exceptional value, incredibly well organised, exciting and luxurious beyond their price bracket. They are such good value that we are now looking to book more.

We went to Egypt and thought it sensible to check before hand on the safety aspects, given the current unrest in the Middle East. We were assured that we would be safe and this advice proved totally correct.

I had an unforgettable experience on my trip to Singapore and Bali. Exoticca took care of everything—flights, airport transfers to and from the hotels, transportation between hotels, and guides to show us around various sights in both countries. Everything was seamlessly organized, and there's 24/7 support available via WhatsApp in case of any issues.

They responded timely and the issue was addressed timely as well.

These are great, well organized trips to truly exotic locations that I wouldn't be able to plan myself for the same price. The customer service is great if you need to reach out during travel and there are never any hidden costs.

I was a slightly hesitant initially when I read some bad reviews, however, after booking my Peru trip with them and experiencing things firsthand I was extremely satisfied. The trip was very organized, and everything they promised was delivered. Most importantly, I never felt unattended, and whenever I had questions I was able to reach them via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend them Without any reservation

We just returned from our trip to S Africa and Victoria Falls. The process was seamless with excursions, transfers, flights. Charm level accommodations were for the most part okay, with only one being less acceptable. Of course, our experiences in S. Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana were different than many of our other trips - that was the intent, to experience other cultures. All staff (hotel, transportation, excursions) were wonderful and eager to help us make the most of our trip. A couple inter country flights could have had better timing/connections - and some in our group did, just not all of us. We have been on several Exoticca trips (Ecuador/Galapagos, Greece, Berlin/Prague Christmas Markets, and now S Africa) and will be planning our next soon.

We have just returned from a well organised 15 day holiday. We were met at the airport by a very cheerful, polite and knowledgeable Namibian guide called Alfie. The whole trip, from the places we visited, food, accommodation and the planning were great.
We didn't know what to expect but our group of seven all got along very well and had great fun together.
We would definitely consider another trip with Exoticca.

This is a jam packed tour that has it all. Looking out the tour bus window in the countryside was one of my personal highlights, as Switzerland is literally a postcard everywhere you look. But the guide, Giorgio, made this trip so memorable! We saw so many places, but Giorgio was our constant. He doe storytell and share his past experiences around Switzerland.

It was our first time traveling to Ireland, and our first Exoticca tour. We had an outstanding experience! Everything was as described, but we had the opportunity to add even more activities in, with the help of our fabulous guide, Michele! I enjoyed the combination of guided time and free time, allowing us to explore the things we wanted to see the most. This tour is a fast paced itinerary, however it gives you a taste of Ireland, and definitely allowed me to know where I'd like to go again to explore for longer!

Prior to traveling, we called and all of our questions were answered. We found the phone line to be super helpful!

Tour was well organized, hotels for most part were located in convent area's (close to restaurant/pubs) All hotels were clean,updated and staff friendly.

We`ve been in Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Peru with Exoticca in last 3 years. All of them are absolutely unforgettable trips. Well organized, with knowledgeable guides, with best cultural and architectural sites to see in each country.

The 16 day tour of Japan met or exceeded our expectations and has given us a treasured and memorable trove of experiences of the land of the rising sun. It has also vastly expanded our knowledge of a country we had never visited before and either confirmed or changed our past expectations and was a thoroughly pleasurable experience.

We really enjoyed our trip. Whilst it was busy travel times were not too much. Lifts arrived right on time and staff were very helpful through the whole trip. Guides were great and couldn't do enough to help.

We wanted to add luggage prior to departure but couldn’t which meant higher prices paid at airport

Some would not be ok with the amount of free time on this vacation. I was not worried about the late arrival of tour guides. I understand traffic was an issue as was availability of vans. I would have liked more time on some of the tours to explore the trails in the area etc
Too much time, 2 1/2 hours at the hot spring pool, was too much.

The whale watching tour had been cancelled. We called to reschedule it and the booked us in. Unfortunately, due to weather it was cancelled

Location was Lovely and the Hotel in Ischia Park Hotel Terme Mediteraneo was beautiful. Food was all fresh but not a huge selection- Overall Good. Excursions were not included we did those on our own, only 2 walking tours in Naples were included, both guides spoke english well and very knowledgeable.
We had an Airport pick up and drop off at the end of trip.

A trip well organized and well delivered by Exoticca, at a very competitive price. The accommodations were as or better than advertised. The on location organization was flawless and very flexible to adapt to changes in schedules by third party vendors i.e air carriers and rail. Finally a very personalized approach during all the trip made for a great experience.

I had a problem with my air carrier and wanted Exoticca to be aware of that. They were not the ones responsible but gave me good advice. By the way they are very easy to reach.

Can't recommend Exoticca enough after our first trip with them to Portugal. Our close friends travelled to Italy with Exoticca last year and raved about them. We joined them this year and had a great time. The tour guide and coach drivers were second to none and made the experience that much better.

Unfortunately, we were dealing with a hurricane days before our trip and customer service reached out and offered a credit in the event that we couldn’t travel even though we did not have travel insurance directly with Exoticca. The CS team even found alternate flights for us in the event ours were canceled. Fortunately, our departing flights were not affected and we made our vacation.

We were looking for an all inclusive trip which held our hands when needed but also gave some freedom when required. This trip / exoticca's travel arrangements gave exactly that. We believe this offered true value for money

The highlight of the trip was Stonehenge for me; but adding a visit to Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Liverpool, York, Windsor, and of course London - all that made this trip worthwhile, informative, scenic, and once in a lifetime experience. The guide and the driver were professionals with a lot of humor. They made my stay extra cheerful, next to just having a vacation or any other trip!

From the moment I arrived at the hotel the tour was exceptional. The local tour guide Michelle knew everything about each one of the locations visited. She was an excellent resource in a wealth of knowledge. This was my third trip with Exoticca and I would highly recommend them. Two months ago I did the Ecuador trip with Exoticca and I was telling some of the other guest with me on the tour, they were happy to let me know the next day that they booked Ecuador for next year. I already have a tour booked in March 2025 to Barcelona and Portugal. I can't wait for my next holiday with Exoticca.!

I was so pleased to comforted to have Andre and Daniel touring me around their beautiful country. They were both so friendly and excited to share with me. I was traveling alone and they made me feel included and welcomed into the trip. I saw them go above and beyond their duties several times to ensure everyone on the trip felt cared for and safe.

The airline was terrible but the Miki Travel guide (Jockamo) was excellent. All transfer and transportation in Switzerland was excellent. Trip was maybe 1 day too long. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

I enjoyed my trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. The organization of the tour was excellent. I have used Exoticca to tour Jordan and Egypt. The atmosphere was electric, all activities were as planned and described in the tour guide. Some of the optional tours were very expensive and in USD dollars. Most of the local tours were less expensive and charges were made in the currencies of that particular country. Most people consulted and decided to take the local tours, which they found less expensive.
