I'm skeptical about booking a flight to Manila with your company due to many bad reviews. Should I be worried?

YES,,, pay more money and buy tickets somewhere else. DO NOT USE EXPLORETRIP,. They will cheat you, lie to you, and not give you your flight---but they will certainly charge your credit card.
