Today I called exploretrip and asked for their help with a booking problem that I had. Pete, a C/S rep. Helped me for almost an hour as he got my ticket cancelled and called the airline and arranged for a refund. They do serve their customers!

I have never had a worse experience with any company. They cancelled my ticket and sent me an email to call them back. I then spent the next 7 days calling them daily to sort the mess out. They made numerous promises and lied numerous times. In the end they did not solve the issue and they offered no compensation.

Please see the review I just submitted - the cheap fares are really just an illusion. Even if one buys the ticket at a higher fare, they then literally do not deliver the e-tickets leaving you stranded. Stick with a reputable company would be my very strong advice, based on extremely bad experience with this firm.

I have seen that site before, did some research and chose not to use them as there were way too many complaints about them.
