Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Ordering from Eyebuydirect has, by far, been the worst online experience I have ever had in my life. I placed my order on February 5th 2021 and still (February 24th 2021) have not received my order, or even my tracking number. My order had been "in the final stage" from since February 8th 2021 and has still yet to be finalized. When calling Eyebuydirect over the phone, I was hung up on during two separate occasions after asking about the status of my tracking number. I then emailed them where they offered an additional 15% off discount (for the extended shipping time and grievances experienced over the phone) and told me they would finish processing my order by today, but still nothing had changed. I have no idea when I will get my glasses or if they will even come but I STRONGLY advise you not to use their platform. The customer service was extremely poor and from the reviews I've read (after placing my order unfortunately), they often mess up orders and provide cheap quality glasses. They will try to continue to push discounts on you if they messed up your order or sense that you may want a refund but it is ultimately to prolong the 14-day return policy. I hope that no one else gets swindled into purchasing items from their platform. Other alternatives for online glasses that have good reviews include Zenni, and Warby Parker. I will try to advise as many people as I can so they do not encounter the same mistake I made.

I have ordered many pair over the last few years, and have usually had them in about 10 days. I did have a problem once... I should say that the initial problem was my fault. They were very nice about it and replaced the glasses for free... and another problem occurred (not my fault this time) and they had to cut the glasses a third time. I did get what I wanted, but it took some communicating, and about 6 weeks. The only systemic thing I noted is that there is not a tight communication loop between the customer service people and the "fulfillment" people,, accounting for the second problem, and probably most problems reviewers are complaining about. But they did make it right... One problem order out of probably 20. No problem at all really.
I have been waiting for an order for almost two months. Eyebuy direct claims they don't know what happened with my first order so they resent a pair. The first time I didn't even get a tracking number. This time is the same story but with a tracking number that as of today stopped working a week ago. Every time I contact them they just give me some generic apology in which one person says it will be delivered by a certain date and others keep adding another 25 days. I live in Puerto Rico and USPS works no different than in the US. I buy stuff from other websites all the time Amazon, EBay, Wal-Mart, etc and never had any problems. Last time I spoke to their customer service and asked for a full refund. They offered me to keep waiting on the package and 15% off of my order which it was nearly 3$. I do not recommend this website nor I will ever use it again.
Mine took unbelievably 7 days to New Zealand! So fast!
Mine took 13 days with regular shipping, but there was a message on the site at the time that due to high backlog, shipping would take longer than normal. So 13 days was WITH the longer shipping time they notified customers about.
