I never received my order that was placed on November 17th

Hello. I placed my order on December 1st. I hope you're not in the same boat as me. I was told I could get a refund if I didn't receive my order on December 15th (which is tomorrow). I called again today and asked. Now I'm told that I have to wait until after the 22nd to receive my refund.
