Why can I not get a customer service rep to answer the phone? I have been calling for 2 days. After a few min. you have to leave a message.

We have seen a huge increase in sales and call volume recently. We are doing all we can to answer all voicemails and emails in a very timely manner. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
