The fabric arrived on time, however, it came dirty, frayed, and did not match the online depiction in color, hue, brightness, and saturation. Not happy with my purchase!

I ordered a vinyl fabric for a furniture project. The selection and prices were very good. The fabric came securely rolled and well protected in less than a week. Love the flat rate shipping so you know what to expect. The fabric is beautiful and exceeded my expectations, it was certainly a great buy at the price. I really appreciated getting an answer to an email inquiry within 1 hour, when most places just let customer emails go into a black hole and never respond. I have bought several pieces of vinyl from them and gotten too many with defects. Also on fabric photos they show the design so much smaller than what it is. You get huge designs that are not usable unless you are using them for a very large items. Shipping is very fast. But all in all disappointed with products

I've order from FabricGuru many times without any mistakes but on this last order one item was missing. I wrote and immediately got a response from customer service that the item (a sale item as well) would be sent ASAP... it is now on the way to me. Both times Edward from customer service replied to my questions within minutes! A customer cannot ask for more than this! Also I've found the best prices and products here at FabricGuru! Shipping also is well done and packed so carefully. This business is always my first choice for quality upholstery fabric in use for my knitting bags/accessories.

WOW! Found this wonderful website and picked out the most perfect fabric for our desk chair. The price was fair and price for shipping was under $5.00. Amazingly the fabric arrived the next day. I ordered fabric from this company but didn't get a confirmation of my order. I left 2 messages for them and then received an email telling me my order had been shipped. It took less than a week to fill my order. I was very pleased.

GREAT online commerce experience with this company. They carry designer drapery, indoor furniture, and outdoor patio fabric. Quantities of certain selections are limited as they receive overstock directly from the manufacturers. But, unless you're designing a 3000+ sq. Ft. House from top to bottom, they will most certainly be able to accomodate the quantity you need for your upholstery/drapery project. Before ordering I placed a call to get some basic questions answered and the gal who helped me was so sweet, knowledgeable and courteous. Ended up ordering a gorgeous designer fabric at a ridiculously discounted price. It shipped the next day and arrived today (exactly as indicated by the site and UPS). Fabric is the high quality that had been shown and described on their site I couldn't be more pleased with this online retailer. I will DEFINITELY be using them again.

I love FabricGuru. They are so professional, always confirm your order, email tracking number so that you know where your order is, your fabric comes very nicely wrapped. They have a wide variety of fabrics and very good prices. They have a return policy, which states that you can return your order within 30 days and you are fully refunded less shipping charges (I just tried it; so we'll see if it works), but it has thus far been a joy ordering from them.

I ordered 2 yards of fabric and they immediately charged my credit card. But 2 months later and still no fabric! Phone calls go unanswered, I did talk to someone once and they said it was on backorder. That was a month ago. Now I can't even get in touch with them. Buyer beware!

No communication between seller and buyer once payment was made. Shipping took forever. Had to contact seller on my order. Seller sent cheaper fabric as compared to sample of same from Joannes name brand fabric

I ordered a 7 yard remnant. Not a 2nd. A remnant.(dictionay.com - a remaining, usually small part, quantity, number, or the like). Here I am in the middle of a job and I get to the 2nd half and it's SECONDS. Total different look. Totally bad material. They measured it to be sure to bill the 7 yards, SO THEY KNEW! No time. Had to buy locally to meet schedule. Caution: Buy elsewhere.

I purchased bonded leather fabric from FabricGuru. I had been a customer for a few years and made several fabric purchases. I bought bonded leather fabric to reupholster two loveseats. After about 18 months in use, the fabric started to peel. I called customer service and a manager told me they buy closeouts and do not really provide warranties but to send photos and the owner will look at the photos and get back with me. After reviewing the photos, the response was: "I am very sorry to say but we do not offer any kind of warranty or guarantee on the fabrics." Just be aware there is a huge risk with buying from this vendor. You might be fine but you might be screwed like I am after spending money on fabric plus the labor to upholster with defective "closeout" fabric. FabricGuru is one of those businesses who does not care about existing customers. I will never buy anything from this vendor again, If I did, I would be a fool. Be warned.

I ordered swatches for outdoor fabric and as expected, the charge was placed on my credit card. A day later I received an email that said my order was completed. I assumed that meant it was shipped, but I did not receive any notifications about shipping or posting. I checked back every day and my account showed the same complete.'

A week later, I gave up and wrote a review about the lack of communication and that I assumed this was just just one more gotcha' website for some crap out of another country and sometime in the next three months I might actually get something similar, but inferior, to what I thought I had ordered.

Also, one week later, I lost patience with the same complete' showing up on my order, but no information about shipping or posting, so I put on my mask and headed to my local fabric store to buy the outdoor fabric my customer needed.

When I returned home from the fabric store, I discovered that my swatches had arrived and the fabric is nearly identical to what I bought at the fabric store. The quality is high and the colors exactly as portrayed in the images on the website.

I still think the customer service (communication) needs to be improved, hence the four stars instead of five, but if the swatches are actually representative of the fabric, I will order some to see how it goes.

The swatches are large enough to see the patterns and to judge the quality. I have uploaded photos to show what I received. Very nice swatches.
