I've said it before... I do not trust factory outlet store. The one set of cordless phones I ordered arrived "refurbished," yet nowhere in the ad did they say this! Buy locally and spend a few $ more without any worries about it being a good purchase!

Weather or not they sent the correct battery depends on the information you provided in reference to the battery you need. If you were provided a tracking number you can track the location of your order. Typically if an item is on back order that information would be provided with an estimated availability date.
