Ordered in Feb 2020 the patriotic cross buy one get one for our Sons for Birthday gifts. Still have not received. As well, no responses but an email that pops up periodically. Ugh.
Oh, and they blocked me from being able to respond on their FB posts. Angry with choice words.

This company is horrible. I ordered a necklace in August with an expected delivery of 7-10 days. It is now January and still haven't received. I have sent several emails inquiring about my order and no replies. I have asked for refunds and no reply. My friend order two necklaces the same time I did, and their order still hasn't arrived either. They have emailed several times too with no responses. She had to call her credit card company and is having them intervene. Completely unacceptable

I Granddaughter ordered the beginning of October and have not received the items. Nobody sends any updates and there is no contact information. If we happen to receive the order, i will update my post but I am having my doubts. She used a gift credit card so I can't even dispute with my credit card company. So disappointed that she lost out all around. No money nor no necklaces

I spent $50 in march. I have tried co texting several times regarding my order. Nothing just lame fake emails to order more. I have not been able to locate a phone number for them and of course they never return an email. This is not how a christian company operates. What a shame to scam people like this.

I am very disappointed in this company looks like that was a good way to get money, they promised that my ring would be shipped shortly but here it is six months and still no ring it must be a slow boat from china along with the virus so what do you do now sit on my money and get rich or send my ring. I will turn it over to my attorney as you are committing fraud I will give you another month and it better be here

I ordered in April 2020... It's been a year now and still no merchandise!
I pray that they make it right with everyone that has ordered from them.
I hope that if this company is a scam, they ask God to forgive them before it's too late!

I ordered 3 little necklaces, kept getting email updates about will ship soon, problems because of covid-19, never got my stuff. I ordered July 2, and its dec 23... now the store is unavailable... figures

My receipt for Payment is dated June 8 2020, I've yet to receive the order or my money back. I've received email containing covid excuses. But no real communication from anyone in this company. Walk away, save your money. This is not a Christian based company, their business ethics lack morals, if I ever meet up with Tim, if there is a Tim, I will not be turning the other cheek. They get one star cuz it's required. Otherwise it's -5

They should have a minus rating. I ordered August 2020 and still haven't received my ring or refund. I've had different people tell me it was sent and yet nothing and they won't give a tracking number. They blame the delay on covid but its almost a year. There not Christians at all. It's a real shame how they steal from you.

It's been 3 months and still no order. They don't answer your emails they just send you a form letter asking you to order again with a discount. I want a refund and have not been able to contact them to get it.

I placed an order on January 12,2020. The order was for: buy one & get three free for the infinity and heart necklaces for $19.97. I paid but never received anything. The worst part is that they operate as "Christians".

This site is a scam! I bought my items on 3/23/20 & have yet to receive them. I've gotten numerous emails saying that my items are coming & COVID has held them up. I've also replied to one of the emails & didn't receive a reply back. All while I keep receiving more emails from them offering a 50% off code to buy more things. No way! Stay away from this company, they take your money & you are left with no product!

I ordered a deal with this company where I was to received 4 necklaces for 19.99 plus used my credit. This was about 6 months ago. I contacted was told due to covid they are behind. I said ok but wanted my order by Christmas here it is 21 days til Christmas no order. If I ever receive them I'll change this if necklace is a decent quality.

I placed an order with this online company on December 10,2019. I never received the items I purchased. I keep getting emails from them saying they are sorry for the delay and blame the Covid for their backlog. I placed my order long before the covid was known. It has been 9 months and nothing. They don't reply to emails to myself or the Better Business Bureau. I don't recommend this site to anyone. They rip you off, they take your money and run!

I placed an order on July 15,2020 and here we are December 7,2020. No contact except for a mass email about them being delayed because of Covid. I live about 30 minutes from where they say they are in Ft Worth, Tx. The email is the same each time and they offer 50% of another order. I looked the company up and it says they are out of business.

I have read the reviews of others, and was surprised how they feel like me. Since I know what they all about. Keep the product I order and the money since that's how you make a living, just don't send me anymore emails about anything from y'all. Unsubscribe me.

This company is a crook. I placed an order early June. Still don't have my order. Tried to get my money back but never get a Redon as back from company. I only get a copied email saying they are working on it. Total garbage. Don't order from these crooks

I ordered a bracelet in April of 2020 still have not received it, they said I could have 50% off my next purchase because it's taking so long due to covid-19 so I ordered four necklaces and I have gotten nothing and it's almost September. They'd send emails periodically saying I'm next to get my order but it's a lie. I told them it doesn't take four or five months to send necklaces and a bracelet so I told them to just refund my money, I have gotten no reply from them at all. Something needs to be done about this company.

I ordered from this company in the past and received my order right away. My last order was in mid December 2019, and I have yet to receive it! Multiple attempts to email and other methods of contacts to no avail! DO NOT ORDER! They have multiple complaints filed with BBB. This company used to be called Fresh Christian! Noah they have changed the name and are still scamming people! These items are not handmade! You can find the same items on other Christian sites! BEWARE!

I ordered 4 necklaces from this site 4 mths ago and still have not recieved them. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and get the same response that they are working on it. I am tored of waiting and will NEVER order from them again or recommend anyone to. Like others if I could give them less than a 1 I would do so.

I placed an order on March 11. Paid for it and received an order confirmation. Since then I have received 6 emails that are worded the same, blaming the covid for the delay. I might understand that for a little bit. But a 3 month delay? I emailed and asked if they were going to refund my money if I can't get the items. They have not replied.

I ordered from this company in April. It is now September and I still haven't gotten what I ordered. I have several emails over the months apologizing for the delay blaming it on the COVID scare and they are having stop letting getting materials. However, they are advertising jewelry on the website. I just read a review that said they ordered last winter and three months later they hadn't received the item. It is not COVID related. Do not order from them. You will be sorry!
