Is size 16 an xl and Size 18 an xxl. I see their are some differences of opinions from your customers. Some are quite upset and others are fine with their orders. However, the issue is certainly the sizes for American women and perhaps it needs to be clarified better.

Hi, dear, you can Measuring your BWH ( bust, waist, hips), and then, in every products DESCRIPTION, their is a size chart as a reference, then, you can find a fit one. The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the info of product details.
