I was going to order some dresses but after reading some reviews will be deciding against it. A recurring theme is terrible/non existent customer service and quality (lack of) of the clothes. Has anything been done to rectify the problems?

I'm still waiting almost two months for a refund. I cancelled my order within 24 hours. I followed all the rules. They have almost $200 of my money for no reason for all this time. Can you imagine the money they make off interest on ever refund they take their good old time returning to customers? And they will tell you every day by ten different people to check your account in 3 -5 days. The more I see of these s. O. b. S online the more irate I become. Please stay wash
