I reported this company to my bank and was refunded by my bank.

The answer is that you have to go onto their website. Put in a dispute in regards to your return, they will then respond with a message that says that you might want to decide if it is worth the money for you to return the item. Once that you have the return address for them which is in China and pay all that money to send it back to them. Once you have the return address for china look up postal tracking for China and they have a weird delivery system but it will show when they receive the item back. Then about 1 week from that your refund minus the original shipping charge from your order will be refunded to the CC that was used to make the purchase. I paid $6.99 for my order and $29 to return the item. It is a hot freaking mess, their return policy, but a lesson learned. Hopefully this was helpful. Good luck!
