So I just read that someone was refunded there money within 24hrs. My question is why is it they told me 15-20days? I used a credit card can't it be put right back on it? Please look into for me. My order no# is B1586187. Thank you

Hello Lisa, thank you for your question. I have checked with our financial department, please don't worry, your refund will be back within 3 business days. Some refund was completed within 24 hours because it is over the refund time limit and we transferred refund by PayPal. However, yours are not, it will have 15~20 business days' processing for PayPal. Please understand. Thank you
