How does one get in touch re their orders with insufficient information on scanty PO?

I ordered ten or more pieces, but sizes are far different from American sizes. I can only wear four items. I haven't been able to find a Customer Service address or phone number. One package had Singapore on it, and another Orlando, FL. It's not good business practice get in touch with for a customer to run into these types of problems. I am concerned about things not fitting. I look carefully at the measurements but if something doesn't fit I know it's nearly impossible and expensive to return. I had this problem with Zaful and it cost my a lot of money. I think people should get a full refund and not just a partial refund. I don't want to lose anymore money by ordering from China. I have many things that do not fit me and I lost a lot of money from other China based fashions. The cost of returning things is way too much so it seems that it is not a winning situation for the customer. I love the look of many of your dresses but am afraid to order. Lisa

Look at the pictures. Now I am unsure if I should have Ordered! Things overseas, are hard to tell, but I am convinced it is like the picots.
