From my experience, be prepared to wait 2 weeks or more for the order. It probably wont match their sizing charts. Good luck getting someone who speaks your language and if you need to return an item, be prepared for 30 days wait time.

They make you pay shipping but you can send them back and they will then resend the correct sizes. Takes a while for the whole process as they ship from japan

You would be better off gifting someone with your item. It cost significantly more to return the item. Of course, you want to track it, because otherwise, how will you know they've received it. If you can't definitively say they received the return item, they are not obligated to pay. You can try to work with their customer service but they only offered me partial refund. I was not willing to spend an additional $65 to return a blouse that didn't fit and some filthy pants.

Prepare yourself to be disappointed when you do receive it, which is no time soon btw. Don't even bother contacting customer service because they are horrible with answering and giving you information on your order.

These frauds won't give it back, contact BBB.

This wait time is normal for overseas items. I shop overseas in several countries and all are the same unless you want to use courier mail which is very expensive. Also customs can hold things up and look at the weather for instance back east and the storms and floods cause a problem.

If you go on their website and log in and make a dispute they will send you info about your order. But their "processing and shipping" take about a month. I was not please with them at all. Once I sort everything out I am NEVER buying from them again
