I need some clarification.. Has anyone received their order since their cyber monday sale? Because I ordered on Wednesday and I was expecting to receive the package either yesterday or today but the tracking is still at the shipping label.. I sent an email and got no response. I'm just tryin to gauge when I'm gonna expect my order

I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Girl, I'm in the same boat! I placed an order last Monday and have only received a confirmation. No tracking number in literally 6days. I emailed customer service to receive a email back saying to stop emailing them? That they are backed up because of Cardi B Bollection and Black Friday orders and emailing doesn't help. Smh I need my dress but the 15th of December, I really hope it comes. I've been ordering from FN for four years and they always have issues around Black Friday! Sad thing is on 11/12 I placed an order on regular shipping and it was here mid day on 11/14, but I got it in a size to big... now the dress I need probably won't even arrive til Christmas. So upset..

Okay so Im not alone! This is so frustrating! I ordered Dec 2 and I have yet to receive a tracking number or anything! Ive emailed them 5 times and have reached on other social media platforms and no response! Im pissed tf off. Its the 17th and nothing! First time that Im going out for my birthday and just wanted to look nice. This is my first time ordering from the site and will be my fxcking last. Im so disappointed

I ordered November 5th, 2020. I ordered over $80 worth of merchandise. Granite I get Saturdays and Sundays aren't business days but it is going on Tuesday and I have no update on if my items have been ship or sent to the olx facility. I have a tracking number from Fashion nova and a US tracking number but nothing else, no updates. I ordered for my birthday on December 3rd, 2020. Ill be 21 and wanted to look nice. After reading all these comments I'm nervous about my order and honestly disgusted with them if this is the way they treat their customers. I'm not rich and don't have money to waste or give away. Multiple people have referred me to fashion nova so I hope my experience is better huuuu.

Hello, I ordered some outfits from fashionnova and they haven't arrived yet! I am sooo mad so scared these people are trying to steal my money! If they don't deliver my package I will CONTACT A LAWYER AND FIND PROVES AGAINST THEM! I also know a lot of people who haven't received their order either! If you don't put my package on the mail I will contact a lawyer and ask for a indemnity!

I received the confirmation email, but that's it! I'm so disappointed. The customer service is awful, and i'm never once gonna buy!#@* from there again. I ordered my stuff on the cyber monday week and you would think that they would of sent an email for apologizing, or for at least letting me know that the stuff is late? NOtHiNg!

Same here I spent hella money on my girlfriend and my sisters and i thought it was just me. Geesh i hope this $#*! come in before Christmas because everything i ordered is so nice. I did receive one whole order that's all but i have 2 more that i haven't gotten only the confirmation email and that's it's a shipping label made waiting to transit to usps facility.

I ordered $200 worth of items from fashion nova and have yet to receive it. They already took money out of my account and now the items that I purchased are even sold out on the website so I won't wven get what I purchased even though I purchased it when it wasn't sold out. No one has yet to respond to my emails.

I ordered $200 worth of clothes on December 22. I received an email around January 10th saying they were going to refund my money and my card was declined for billing info being incorrect.

It took 18 days to figure that out? And then I had to wait 5 days for the refund so 23 days in total and I had to go back and reorder the clothes. Im determined to give them a real shot because I want those damned jeans but they are really making it hard.

I placed en order November 26th 2017. I ordered 3 items. They promised if you spend $75 or more your order would shipped 2 business but since is holiday it would take up to 7 days. Got this! But 3 weeks later i still havent get nothing or hear from them. I made a claim thru paypal and 3 days later I received 2 item out of the 3. The 3rd item was sold out, when i placed the order it wasnt sold out. Smh. They send me an email saying i will get my credit, its january the 4th and i am still waiting for my money back. They dont answer my email or pick up the phone. I escalated my claim on PayPal hopefully i get my money back.

I didnt even have the option to pick if I wanted to pay the 6 dollars for my jeans to get here in 2 days. Wtf. It says it takes 7 days for it to be processed and today is the seventh day. What should I do?

I placed an order on December 15th knowing that the site said allow up to 7 days to process the order. Well its been 7 days and I still have heard nothing from them. Im getting stressed out because I ordered an outfit for my birthday this coming Friday. Ive tried to contact customer service several times but they send the same automatic email over and over. Im very disappointed and will probably never order from fashion nova again.

I order on Nov 27th said my order was fulfilled on Dec 1st since then like a crazy person I've been checking the shipping updates. So for 20+ days the item I got for my lil sisters Christmas gift has been sitting in LA with no updates. Im beyond pissed off. This is my first time ordering and i really thought they were more professional. Guess if your not a celebrity or social media star they don't care. Just a few days lefr till Christmas an I am getting really nervous.

Im beyond upset i spend money with FN weekly I too ordered 2 different packages and havent received my order. Im more upset that there is no customer service and automated emails. If they would have given an accurate delay time frame i wouldnt be as upset because j would know what to expect and make the decision whether or not i wanted to continue with my purchase. However this time the purchases were for my birthday outfit and i spent all of my money on these outfits, so now, i have no money to purchase a new outfit from somewhere else. Thanks a lot FN for ruining my birthday!

I ordered December 1 including all work days they are way over the 7 days to process. Ive emailed 5 times with the same stupid response, I always have ordered from this website with no problem, so I want to try to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are way in over their heads with not enough employees nor proper customer care. Its beyond upsetting and fustrating. Im such a loyal cusyomer spending 300-400 dollars a month so I would like if they would atleast honor the fact that I spend so much money and give me a REAL EMAIL. Sorry girls I understand you all. Waited this long might as well wait maybe not order again for a while from Fashion nova. ASOS in the U. K. is an awesome website also and fast shipping good quality and very trendy.

I ordered stuff on 11.24 & the 27, and my order status is paid but hasn't been fulfilled, i haven't received anything, it's going to be like three weeks now, I've $#*!ed through email numerous times, their email or contact number is no help, I even wrote then on IG, this was my first time ordering and last, I spent like a little over $300, so I qualified for the two day shipping, My sister ordered a blazer and some other things and received her items within three days after ordering. So now I'm like heated. I even tried calling my card to abort my transactions, but it's going to take like a month for me to actually get my money back, sucks even more that their actual store in Montebello sucks... So technically their cyber Monday was bull$#*! cause their service isn't even "FULFILLING"

You are NOT alone. I have never been so overwhelmed with anxiety of not getting a shipment. I am now scrambling looking everywhere online for answers as I am sick and tired of the generated emails when you inquire about things. It has been 18days from the day I placed my order and I am leaving the country in a week. I am so furious. $150 that they took already and still not even a tracking number. After reading all these reviews from this site and bbb I'm just going to contact my banking institution. I recommend that you all report them to the BBB ( Better Business Bureau). I have been a customer with fashion nova foe over a year and have never had an issue until now, I placed my order Nov. 23rd and it's still unfulfilled, I also have been trying to reach someone in regards to this issue but have received no help and on top of that I received an electronic gift card this morning from them for 60.00 which is way less than what I spent on my order so I'm really confused now and I will not be doing business with them ever again. They do not issue refunds they issue electronic gift cards thats Fashion Nova policy.

I ordered on November 27th and my order is still unfulfilled. They took the money out of my account and sent an email apologizing. They have enough people to send us 10 advertisements via email everyday and constantly update their social media but they dont have anyone actually serving their customers. This has happened to me before I have had 2 day shipping that takes a week because it takes 3 days just to fill the order and give me a tracking number. I usually dont mind and just accept the fact that itll take a week but this is ridiculous.

I have ordered from Fashion Nova numerous times in the past 2 years with no issues. However I placed an order on November 24 with a guarantee 2 day shipping and placed another order on November 25. Neither order has been fulfilled, shipped or delivered. I tried calling them numerous times with no answer. Received emailed saying they have me covered and there is a delay in shipping on November 30 with no other follow up. Today Dec 5 called 1-800-866-0286 and pressed 4 for billing issues and talked to live person who said there was a glitch in their system that impacted shipping. He also looked up my orders and said 3 of the 6 items I ordered were out of stock. He also said hopefully my order was already processed before items became out of stock. Smh! I asked for a refund he said he could not give me a refund ad he didn't work in that department and could not say for sure that I would not get all of my items. Needless to say I will not be shopping with them anymore. This is the first issue I ever had with them in almost 2 years of shopping with them.

Okay to whoever is saying they dont issue refunds, theyre lying. I received a refund from them once because they said they didnt have the 6 different things I ordered from them Im now on my second order and its been 2 weeks since Ive placed it and its still on the ordered page but they did take the money out for the order I received an email saying that theyre so sorry for it being late and I should receive an email shortly about my shipping info and that was 3 days ago and still nothing so I dont know.

I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. This is my first time ordering from the website and I ordered 4 jumpsuits, 1 dress, and a pair of boots on November 26 and i'm still waiting for my order to be fulfilled. And why are their hours only from 9am-5pm? Any smart successful business should know to hire more employees and extend hours during the holiday season. There is no reason why some many people are having fulfillment issues with no acceptable solution. My birthday is this weekend and I'm traveling to Las Vegas from ATL and my whole wardrobe is based on my purchase with Fashion Nova. If i dont get my products by the time i catch my flight I will be filing a claim with my credit card Fashion Nova will not force me to do business with them when they cant fulfill their promise to fulfill and ship.

I ordered mine on 11/18 and it still has not been fulfilled. They only make excuses and say the shipping hasnt been updated. Plus the website offers free two day shipping and when I brought that up they stated that they have up to 7 business days to get the product processed... but today is the 8th. I told them I want a refund and she (jess at fashion Nova) says they dont give refunds. I told her I would call my credit card company if I dont get a tracking number by Monday and she said go head.
