This is my second purchase from Fashionphile. It was easy process, their website is user friendly with detail images which drew me to buy from them vs other consignment shops online. Got my recent purchase earrings in a few days. The earrings were in great condition in person better than what was posted online. Really impressed! They have sales, promos and early member notifications!
Fashionphile has the best online store compared to other online consignment stores. I like that I can look through handbags and other products without having to sign in. This was my initial shopping experience for several months before I made a purchase. The website is easy on the eyes. The products are clear and displayed any imperfections very clearly by zooming in. Checking out was a breeze! Please do not change anything! Love the sales and promos!

I have never had anything but wonderful, above-and-beyond experiences with Fashionphile. The quality of the bags is fantastic, esp. Compared to other sites (i.e., when I've purchased something that's marked as having shown some wear, I swear it would have been listed as "excellent" by other sites). Everything arrives beautifully packaged and cared for (again, different than spots where it feels like they carelessly fling expensive bags into a cardboard box and slap on a label).
You can tell the team cares about the product and the process, and the range of styles they carry is fantastic.
As a seller, I also have had nothing but incredible experiences.

Great luxury items with appropriate descriptions as to the shape they're in etc. I've ordered amazing items from here so far and have been happy with every purchase. I love that they provide their own dust bags even if your item doesn't come with the brand specific dust bag. Also good security for shipping the items to make sure they get into your hands.

I've bought several things from Fashionphile over past several years. Very happy with service. Mostly accurate descriptions. Easy returns if you don't like the item after receiving it (I only did this once because I like most things I buy!) I've also sold a few things to them. Disappointed. I am currently missing an item to my luxury bag the shipper claims it was sent however the strapless 1663.00 bag says otherwise. Now I am waiting a decision on this strap from the claim department because there is no Swiss cheese affect to pick up circumstances like this in the company.
Live chat can not resolve any circumstances solely to assure that someone will contact you when they do. “ just wait for the email!!”
