Yes there sure are! And I've already had to contact customer service with my new company AND THEY GOT BACK TO ME VIA EMAIL WITHIN 7 HOURS! I highly recommend SR Fax!

It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone willing to help. I have tried for months to cancel my account.

This company is a total scam. They make it next to impossible to cancel your account and there is no way to remove your credit card information. After NUMEROUS attempts I was finally able to get someone on their online chat (after having called, emailed, and opened tickets) who said he would cancel my account.
