This company is a total scam. They make it next to impossible to cancel your account and there is no way to remove your credit card information. After NUMEROUS attempts I was finally able to get someone on their online chat (after having called, emailed, and opened tickets) who said he would cancel my account.

I believe it's a legit company but it seems like a scam when their product doesn't work and it's practically impossible to get any response from their customer service, no resolution, and no refund of charges.
