on 4/2/20I had to jump through hoops, and when I finally spoke with someone, I was then transferred to email, where the customer service turned sour.
These people have very low scruples They seem to take your money then send partial shipments and after sent they inform you that if you do not accept the partial shipment and send it back to them, they will charge you a 20% re-stocking fee I was almost ripped-off this way so be sure to use Paypal so you can recover all of your hard earned dollars when they do this to you!
Super easy, they respond quick through both email, or text once your order is placed.
