I purchased a red coat... received it today but it is to small... need a 3x if they do not have the size I would like a refund please.

This is the worst customer service been trying to return a item for over a week with no luck so would not buy again
I want to return an item for a smaller size and the Floryday form will just not go through the system. I have tried every which way to no avail!
