Order arrived shapeless and creased so had to return it even thou as said free returns they charged me £3. Customer live chat Gonzalo could not care less and sated I was wrong as I didn't look into it more closely. I will never use this site again and I suggest no one else does either

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Please spend your $ elsewhere. This company Is a scam. I bought four tops off of this website, not one of them looked anything like the picture the material was awful. I tried to return the items within the 14 day window and they wanted to reimburse me FAR less than what I paid. I tried contacting the company relentlessly with no response. I'm even trying to dispute the purchase with my credit card company.

I ordered five dresses in the same size. One fit, too I could not pull over my body, one was huge, and one was slightly small but poorly made. I contacted Floryday requesting that they pay my return postage since their product is so inconsistent. They ignored my request but asked that I list items to be returned after which they will give me. A return fee. Other options were 70% off within the next year or keep the items and pay 50%. I replied with the items I would like to return and once again ask that they pay the return postage. Have not heard back yet, even though I was promised a reply within 24 hours. I'm thinking the positive reviews online were made by friends and employees of this company.

I'm sorry to write again, but I'm so upset with my recent chats with this company (no phone number). I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered from them. My last response from their chat customer service was, "we respect your opinion". Not a good enough response.

It isn't worth your aggravation. Ordered dresses and they never arrived. After 2 weeks of waiting and having to reach I was informed one dress was out of stock, received a refund, but the other items never showed up. The tracking info still shows the remaining items at the facility, saying the order is complete. Ended up having to request a full refund & will never order from them again. If you don't have what customers need then you need to close your business.

They have lovely pictures of their clothes on the website but in reality they are made using very cheap materials. When you try to return they want to offer you coupons rather than give you your money back and then if you don't accept they take off postage costs so you end up losing approx £15 off your refund.

I should have been aware that you don't get quality cheaply but I was not prepared for the synthetic, printed fabrics, complete lack of style- clothing completely at odds with the photos. Never again! I rarely buy on line but some of the garments looked lovely, but just didn't fulfil the expectations.

The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. Everything was cheaply made and very dull. Although Floryday guaranteed an easy return, I am still waiting for my almost $200 refund. I completed the online return in the website and included the return slip in the box. I also shipped it out US Mail and received a receipt. I haven't received a message back about my return and when I go to my login page in my Floryday account, there is no record of me ever making a return! I returned the package over a month ago. Where's my refund Floryday? I want to pursue this with the Better Business Bureau because I have been cheated out of my hard earned money. Do not buy from this company!

Received items late. Shirt missing. Some clothes and shoes not as described or fit oddly. Jewelry is very childlike. Put in several requests for returns, but site keeps kicking it off, phone number doesn't work, and not responding to "email" attempts. Doesn't seem like they do trustworthy business.
Web page was great, fantastic having measurements. Really happy with my two new beautiful dresses. Easy to order, prompt delivery. Cant wait to shop again... So much easier than going to the shopping centres. Love this clothing!

After posting a bad review and several emails back and forth, FloryDay finally refunded my money. I will say their customer service was way better than other overseas merchants I have dealt with in the past.
I tried to cancel an order before the order was ever processed. Upon contacting them before the money ever left my account, they went right in that day and pulled the money out and charged me an additional fee, for what I don't know! They would not refund my money. I was offered a 5% discount on my next order, which I will not be making. FloryDay does not stand behind their own refund policy. Which clearly states: 6. I'm totally in love with all the fashion pieces from FloryDay. Everything is so chic and fits like a glove. Customer service has been really prompt when I needed assistance with my parcel. They made sure my orders will arrive in time. Items are nicely and securely packed. Will definitely order again.
I must say that I am very occupied person, a lot things needs to be done everyday.
But lucky me because I got to know Floryday! They have a wide selection and, for a very reasonable rates.
The shipping time admittedly takes a while, but it's worth it. I've been able to expand my wardrobe through them, which is difficult for a picky shopper like me. Almost all their clothes have a sizes, different colors to choose from and of course the style.

After a very disappointing and frustrating exchange of emails, FloryDay did eventually refund the amount paid in full. I have no idea at all what happened to my three dresses, as they never arrived and the tracking didn't work. I am relieved they refunded my account, but found the whole experience put me off internet shopping with companies I don't know. All I can say is that if you have a similar problem, persevere!
I ordered three dresses on the 6th July, and it is now the 2nd August and they still haven't arrived. The original tracking number didn't work; this second one (? New company, doesn't make sense!) simply says a crate of goods has been received at LHR from this sender. There is no further tracking information, and no information whatsoever either from JS Distribution or from FloryDay. I will re-review on receipt of my dresses, if they ever arrive.

An excellent website very friendly interface and easy to use, with very nice features like chat service they respond immediately and are very friendly and helpful, very wide range of clothes for every taste, i always find what I'm looking for there, the shipping is always in time, the products comes nicely wrapped and matches the picture, never been let down by a product, all in high quality, they definitely deserve more than 5 stars.
I did receive my order, in fact three days after I posted this. The items I bought were decent, although one shirt was very, very small. Since returning things is extremely difficult with this vendor it's simply money poorly spent.
Fraudulent, I believe. Apparently I'm another person who's been taken by Floryday. I placed an order April 8 and have not received it. Of course my checking account was debited immediately. I've written twice trying to get information about its delivery, but have not been answered.
I ordered a dress in size large going by the size guide. After reading some other reviews, I emailed them and asked to make it an XL. They emailed back fairly quickly and complied with my request. I'm glad I did because the XL only just fits. Overall I am happy with the service I received. The dress was pretty much as per the picture however the finishes are not so great - the hem is not level etc. and it had creases pressed into it in strange places that took some steaming to get out.
I'm writing to update my precious negative review. Since my last post, Floryday finally refunded my money on 6/11 and I received my item on 6/8. They did finally correct and make good on their poor service, however, considering I purchased the bathing suit on 4/21, it took 2 months to receive my item and over to to resolve via refund. The bathing suit was average quality and although it looked like the pic, the material was not what I expected. My advice, it's not worth purchasing anything that has to come from over seas, particularly China unless you have the patience of a saint or you don't need for a special occasion. Buy local or within the US during this time. Save yourself the aggravation.
I am very pleased to inform readers that I have received a full refund.

FloryDay where are you shipping from?, who are your cariers?
I paid extra for a fast delivery so I could have the clothes for my holiday. Disabled so could not run around shopping last minute.
Well I have been on holiday and back weeks (made do with a quick visit to Primark - much recommended).
Still no sign of these clothes.
Tentatively hoping they will arrive in time for my November holiday, also sounds like a need to be on a diet as the clothes are smaller than advertised.
Again Primark may have show them how to do...

I really like Floryday website. They offer many different styles of dresses and for a very reasonable price. The only thing I didn't like was their shipping time. It took almost a month to get my order. So if you order something and you need it by a certain date, make sure you expect at least 3-4 weeks shipping time. Also, their sizes run small so you should order either one or two sizes up.
After many many many emails I did get my money back. However I still will never do business with them. The only reason they finally paid attention was because this website contacted them This company is AWFUL. Do not order they will charge for things you do not want and cancelled TEN days before shipping. They hold you and your money hostage. Clothing is junk
