I happened to delete all of the text messages from my iPhone. Most of them are very important for me as they contain private information. I was worried a lot after purchasing FoneGeek unlocker.
My iPhone X is iCloud locked and I forgot the correct password of my Apple ID. I have tried to use iTunes and take the device to Apple support center, but they cannot fix the problem.
I use this software to remove the iCloud lock and felt worried that it didn't work. After trying 1 hour, the iCloud account way still not removed. So I contacted their support team and found that my iPhone was not successfully connected during that process. I tried again at night and the iCloud was finally removed.

Doesnt work for iphone recovery. I believe they are a spin-off of tenorshare - apparently another scam. Money back guarantee is a joke - kiss your money good bye.

Bought fonegeek iphone recovery tool - from phonerecoverytool... but when it didnt work I was instructed to use tenorshare contact form to get help - v weird since the dropdown box as expected only has tenorshare apps. Not to worry, because anyway you cant get past the authentification at the end of the form.

12 hours I tried to get iTunes to restore an iPad with a locked passcode screen. Apple couldn't help. I read all the stuff online about hosts file editing etc. None of it worked. FoneGeek or Fone Geek worked the second time I used it. The first time it didn't do anything because the iPad was not in DFU mode. I was amazed, it took 10 mins, couldn't believe it when the strip appeared on the iPad as the process went on, I was sure it would brick it or fall at the final hurdle. If my experience is typical, it works. I have not tried it for anything other than remove forgotten passcode lock (but it might work to remove Activation Locks if you have forgotten your iCloud/FindMyIp... credentials. I got the app free in a giveaway years ago and it came in handy now. (It was not a crack, it was a genuine giveaway from a giveaway site.)

Downloaded software and when I tried to install, I kept getting! System Error and install would end... The problem was not the software but my Windows 10 Pro 64x Bit OS. For whatever reason Windows was blocking the install! Even after I would accept to allow the software to install. To fix the problem... I needed to go into Windows 10 virus and protection and allow the Fonegeek software to access Windows OS. A Simple click allow click, back to install and the software installed no problem. And removed my Apple Icloud ID in less than 10 secs. Done. ( Make sure your My Location is turn off/disabled) Rebooted installed last Apple IOS and the IPhone was ready to roll... Lost sum apps, txt, and phone contacts. But was able to recover after creating the correct Apple ID and password. Was able to Sync with IPad and pull all the txt msgs. And contacts from the IPad. The lost apps, I had to go the apps store and re-install... Small price... Thanks Guys, Software well done.
