I have tried to get a corrected W2 from Foundationsoft since February 4th when it was discovered that they had made an error on the original W2. They said at the time it would take 6-8 weeks for them to be able to produce a corrected W2. It has been nearly 7 weeks since that time and they still cannot give me an ETA on the corrected document. They apparently aren't very good with Payroll! Poor (non-existent) customer service and responsiveness! Shy away from this software!
Foundation software does not deliver on their sales pitch. Implementation and support is poor, software modules are not seamlessly integrated, too many clicks to remember, I scrapped $50,000.00 in software, support and training and went back to my old software
