I have just started ordering from Fragrancex, and
I can say I am a little nervous after looking at all the negative comments. When you see 75% 1 star ratings, it does give a person reason for concern. I would really like to be a customer that could give you a 4 or 5 star rating. What are you doing if anything to improve your company's image with your customers?

Scums, I ordered perfume, paid almost 400$, never received my order. On my phone calls, answer was in rude tone that they don't guarantee shipping.
