Free Curvy

Returned bc I won't ever wear it. Customer service tried getting me to take $11 for a $45 swim suit, then $16 before giving me an address to send it. I just want my money back for something I didn't keep. Not that hard, especially when your insulting and offer up 1/4 of the value so a customer won't send back

Don’t try and bargain someone down so they won’t send back. Just insulting

Ordered and received within 10 days. Leaving me time to have suits altered. These suits do not have any support in the breast area. If your a woman with ample breasts, seek out a good seamstress for additional support and comfort.

Frustrating that they don't offer an exchange option instead of a straight return. Also, offered me a partial 1/4 of my purchase cost, and then I could keep the suits that in now way are long enough to cover my breasts enough to go out in public.

They were responsive, but not overly helpful.

I placed my order exactly 1 month ago and still have not received it.
I was told an item was out of stock which caused a delay in shipping and then I was informed it was back in stock and it still was not shipped right away. Order fulfilment time is absolutely is absolutely atrocious.
I will not order from this company again. My clothing that I ordered for my vacation is in limbo somewhere and tracking # is absolutely useless.

Again my shipment has not yet been received after 1 month.

After waiting 3,4 weeks I contacted company they told me at that time that the product was out of stock,,,because they did not contact me I thought it was questionable,,,,I was waiting for nothing. I ask for a refund and did receive the refund. I wonder how long they would have waited before telling me it was out of stock

I bought 3 swimsuits, 2 of which didn't quite fit. I have sent 5 emails requesting to return the 2 that don't fit and have NO response at all. The day that I received my package I sent the first email which was within the time frame required for a return. I have had NO acknowledgement at all.
I would NOT recommend buying from here.

To return anything to this company you can ONLY do so on email and then it took their Customer Service 11 days to respond to me and their email didn't even include the address of where I would need to send the swimsuit back to. It took 2 more days for them to respond with the address. In the end, they made it way too hard to return (pay for it yourself, provide them a tracking number within 7 days, etc) Terrible customer service.
I will never shop at Free Curvy after this. I know better.

The experience of ordering online was easy, but the product I received did not meet my satisfaction. One didn't cover the back like I thought it would and the other was way too small. I need to return both of them, but so far have not heard back from the company about how to do this. Not satisfied with online ordering of swim suits at all.

I contacted Free Curvy email address about returning the swimsuits and have not heard back from them at all yet. I'm not happy and would like to return both suits.

I emailed to attempt to return the cheap and way smaller than stated size swim suit. No guarantee of a full refund even if I returned item. I was offered $18 ("the best we can do") of the $47 I paid and was told to keep the item. Website seems legit - it is not.

Poorly written with misspelled words in a very sketchy return email…they did refund me the whopping $18.00. Don’t waste your money on this company.

Hated every part of it. Never got the order. Finally got tracking info after 5 emails. The email said if not received in 48 hours to send message. The email given does not work. Never ordering from them again

Took 5 emails to get a reply then I wasn't able to send anything through. I order online all the time & this is by far my worst experience

I have to return my order because it did not fit. There is not live person to talk to, it is all done through email. The return policy is very strict and unfair. You have to pay for shipping, again. And they only give you seven days to return. If you work and don't get off until 5, post offices are closed! I don't think I will deal with this company again.

Not very helpful. I felt like I was being dismissed! Communicating through email takes the personal touch away.

It was fine. It did take a while to receive my order but it was in the amount of time stated when I ordered. So, overall my experience was fine. The swimsuits didn't fit and seemed to be made from a very thin material. I did love the cover up though.

I emailed today for a return but haven’t heard back yet

The suit came and super cute and fits ok, except the underwear are separate and tiny. Not for a plus size woman. Also the bust area has no support and tiny cups. Not for busy full figured women at all.

Have not heard back yet about a partial refund.

Hopefully everything was clear. No, was not able to respond re. Failure to receive my order. Clearly there is a problem!

I did not receive my order. Your email is a fake. I am going to telli everyone not to order anything from you people. You are frauds. You sent me a couple emails when answer your question it tells me you email doesn't exist. I am going to give one more week before I post this everywhere.

Apparently you can't return items. I was under the impression as long as not worn, tags on could return. I was told not to return to the address I received from. To return to a different address but was not given that address. Instead asked if I would just settle for $21 dollar credit.

I have not received the item I purchased a month ago, I cannot get in touch with free curvy, they have not sent me a tracking number or invoice. I have sent them emails which keep returning to me so their email address - *******@freecurvy.com - which you provided is incorrect or does not exist.

I have tried to contact them several times without any success. I am now going through Paypal.

I paid for express shipping bc I was going away I ordered in enough time to receive them however do u your shipping issues I never received these in time for my trip. I was very disappointed and I was only able to communicate via email and was never able to get a final delivery date. I should have had the pkg by Feb 2 it came Feb 14

Only email took 2 emails to get express shipping credited adv I couldn't track and was told to keep trying.. not very good service at all.

The suits did not fit, so I have been trying to return them. First, I was offered $20 (less than a 3rd of what I spent) to just keep them. I declined and asked for the address to return them to as both the website and the email I received said not to send them to the address they came from. That was 2 weeks ago and I still do not have an address. I think they are trying to run down the clock on how long I have to return them so they can refuse the return and I'm out $75.

When I ordered my swimsuit it was in stock. When I asked about an update on my order they told me it was out of stock told me they would replace it with a swimsuit of my choice or refund my payment. I asked for a refund of my payment because I found fhe same swimsuit elsewhere and for cheaper. They didn't respond for over 2 weeks until I resent an email asking for my money to be refunded the customer service was ZERO help.

Not helpful and very rude and evasive

The service was professional the only thing that I don't agree with is the policy of return/refund I would like to have the opportunity to exchange the merchandise, but I didn't have this choice either to keep the merchandise or pay for the return to get my money back.

The service was good and I had somewhat to solve my return even though I much rather had an exchange instead.

Nice selections. Descent quality. Very happy with my purchases. Wish they had arrived before I went on my holidays but will be great for the next. I would definitely order again
