on 2/19/19It's not about the money it is more about the solution for our problem anyone here that left a review will pay double to have his car fixed... Usually it's not happening but When company don't answer or reply to VM email and not call back. More then 1 month
I am taking a break from everything that I am doing and I am taking any and all the phones computers tablets that can make a call in any way via internet my phone company my partner and then I am calling in the same time from all the devices to any department until someone answer at the same time I am looking where I can leave a review to try to help people not to do the same mistake like me. There bad BCM give me so many codes and I replaced so many sensors and still Every Time I am getting a new code. Nobody there to answer your question and definitely they don't know what is Customer service.
Hopefully that will help someone not to do a mistake and wasting there time...
Almost impossible, long wait times first for the cs rep and then for the account manager. Many times after being on hold in excess of 45 minutes the line will go dead. Or you will be told they are connecting you to a Supervisor once the transfer starts the phone will ring once you hear a click and then line goes dead. Very Poor CS. Have left multiple Voice mails for the account manager and never get a response or call back. Have gotten numerous weekly emails that have the same information each time You part is in test and programming and will ship soon. L have received one email from the account manager saying that a new tracking number was created and it would be sent in a separate email, and the part would be shipped overnight in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 96 hours and still no response to that email
Totally impossible. I have never had as negative a customer service experience as them before. Totally unresponsive to my satisfaction. I dont know why they sent me the ECM at all, should have just dispensed with the formalities and ran awy with the money. They should be closed down by the state on New York. RIPOFF!
Really wish I had done more homework. FS1 has a cool website and online store and the ease of ordering made me think this would be a smooth transaction. It has been anything but. I received a product that has been tested by multiple mechanics (at no small expense) and proven to be BAD. It happens. So I called and was immediately told that basically, they don't make mistakes. However, if I wanted to return the part, they would test it before telling me I am wrong. I was shocked at the attitude, but did as instructed, and... crickets. I sent follow up email. I tried chatting. I have never experienced such lackadaisical response to a client that simply wants to spend their hard-earned money to buy a need part for an inoperable vehicle they need to function. I suggest buying from ANYWHERE else. I would buy from a guy with a sign on the side of the road faster next time. I may as well have, because I am getting similar results. I am now searching for a new source to buy the part, hopefully one that works... and believe me, I will be checking the reviews better. I am assuming I can kiss my money goodbye, even if I do get response, it will be too late. This has been almost a month long process at this point. VERY frustrated and disappointed and worse, now am out a vehicle even longer than planned because I have been waiting on a response. DO NOT BUY THE PART HERE. TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN BY WARNING YOU. I WISH I HAD LISTENED.
