What can you tell about the differences between their live and ECN accounts, I wonder which one is worth trading on?

Honestly, i dunno, it depends on your trading preferences and what strategies you use. It would take many hours to explain what is the main difference between them but i can share what trading account I chose.
I'm trading on a live zero fixed spread account and the fact that I hate trading with wide spreads, that's why I chose this one, it allows me to trade with very tight spreads even during a high volatility. Yeah, 9$ per lot per trade can seem kinda expensive but I would rather pay such commissions than trading with wide spreads.

To be honest, there is not much difference between these trading accounts. Probably, different leverage, trading conditions but as far as i am concerned the ecn account is very suitable for scalping traders, the speed of order execution is much faster than on a live trading account. According to your question, I have a feeling that you are not a professional trader and I hardly believe you are using scalping strategies. So I guess live trading accounts are a better option for you.
