Not really, I don't think so. First of all, you need to trade on a demo account with this broker, especially if you see this company for the first time. That will save you from unnecessary money spendings in case this broker won't fit you.

Yes, this broker provides access to several trading accounts, some of them has STP/ECN order execution which is considered to be fast. So, I have no troubles with it.

The main benefit of using a VPS is improved speed of execution of your trades. When trading with robots, you are engaged in high-frequency trading and you need lightning-fast execution speed and low latency. When you trade manually you place a relatively small amount of trades, and even if a slippage occurs it is insignificant. However, when you place a high number of trades, the slippages add up, so it is no longer an insignificant amount, and that's where VPS trading comes in helpful.

I personally like STP/ECN Zero Spread account. It has $3,75 for opening a position per side, might seem a little bit too much but if you don't trade frequently and trade big bucks, it is absolutely and utterly normal and pretty low even. Because as the name suggests, it literally has a zero spread.
