I payed for my product almost one month ago and now I see that the product was not even shipped yet! And they say in 3-10 days after payment!

All of our items have a dispatch time that is shown clearly on the product page. This time depends on our stock availability. In cases where the stock availability changes we will contact the customer within 24 hours with more information regarding their order.
