I placed an order on the 11th of January and paid $81.10 through Pay Pal but when I checked the status of my order on your website it says that I have no orders. Why would you take money if there was no order. I cannot get through on your "magic Jack" I was on your live chat telling me estimated wait time 30 seconds for over an hour and I then started researching your company and WOW do people seem to hate you en mass! I WANT MY ORDER CANCELED AND A CASH REFUND THROUGH PAY PAL. I will get my refund regardless because I went through pay pal so you may as well cough it up now.

Same thing here, my account page says I have no order. Did you get your money back from PayPal?
