Yo! Gap seems to be the best retail company for those seeking for some nice quality clothes for a kinda low price. I personally was aware of this brand even before it captured the mass market. I thought that it would be a breakthrough, hence nowadays we can behold this picture. Many people wear attire from this brand and it seems to me this tendency will last for several decades more.
I ordered 7 items. Received only 6. They are making it impossible to either send me money back, or send the item itself. They are keeping my money and saying I have to solve it with my bank. They said they are denying my claim because I only have ever ordered twice with them. My order history is not robust enough for them to accept my claim. Shameful business practice in other words called STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS.

I got two pairs of dress pants for $80 ea and the side seam on one of the pockets ripped within a week causing my butt to be visible at work. The second pair faded within a month and no longer fits around my waist/torso area. They also don't offer returns if the product has been worn. The material is poor and it's frustrating when you spend your money looking for quality and you end up with the same stuff you get at Walmart.

I did shopping for more than 700 dollars per year. Before we could have some rewards. Now I only get emails asking I have 20 or 30 dollars rewards. But its a big lie. For whole year I did not receive any cent.

I have been buying from Gap the last ten years and for the first time never received my order over 100 dollars. I called and they do not offer refunds for an item that never arrived. We also have a camera on the house and the mailman never came the day it said it arrived. Had to get the bank involved to file a claim. Disappointed in this service.

I was very surprised to receive counterfeit products of extremely low quality from the official Gap UAE website. The materials were low quality, with a jogger pant displaying conflicting "made in Vietnam" and "made in China" labels. Despite claiming 100% cotton, the tags revealed 77% and 60% cotton in the respective pants. This discrepancy occurred with both of the jogger pants I purchased.
I previously purchased a jogger pant at a Gap store, providing evidence that the materials are not identical.

Just return two new items, ran two remote different locations. One is outlet store and cannot receive return. Several days later went retail store and refuse due to over return day and told me the online shop has 60 days. Call online department, being told change back to 30days for return. Ask to talk with manager and no explain to me that the manager is not available and ask me to call tomorrow. Only 20 dollar items, my gasoline and time cost is already over the $20. Not about money, Just DO NOT like Gap's customer service.

Top mass-market clothes for its price. I mean, the price is cheap, while the quality of clothes is on a high level.
If you wear casual clothes everyday then Gap is definitely for you.
I love their minimalistic style in t's and I gotta big collection of their t-shirts with different colors.

If you're looking for organic products, don't buy from GAP. Tags do not say 100% organic cotton and they are not certified GOTS. It is also super weird that all of the other reviews on this official GAP FB page are for an investment/trading gig.

I was trying to find a green zip up hoodie, but it would show me stuff for toddlers, men, girls, baby gap stuff, and it wouldn't show me a green zip a hoodie. And I tried clicking new clothes, but it showed me a list that I couldn't interact with any of the clothing items or sizing areas, and overall it was very frustrating and I ended up not finding it at all. And my kid got upset.

I was always happy with Gap clothes and their shipping policy, but this time my experience was disappointing. I ordered ten items for my kids, and even chosen ' not urgent' option for the delivery to give them time to do my order properly. But instead of kid's pajama, I received somebody else's bra!
And after talking to a customer service representative I learned that I need to pay one more time for my missing item! And only after they receive this bra, they will return my money. No trust at all, and so much effort to fix Gap's mistake...

Love Gap and there is not a store near us. Tried ordering on lone - what a $#*!ty experience. Only 1/2 order came in package and customer service was no help. Only option was waiting 3-5 business days for something I bought last week, and then reordering it and waiting to see if this time they actually sent it! Feels like I got stolen from. Don't use their on-line mail service because they are a mess. Customer service hung up before I was done. Ugh. What a nightmare of a company!

Don’t order on-line. Shop elsewhere if there isn’t a brick and mortar store nearby.

Slow slow order fulfillment! Takes them 4-5 days just to ship the order, and if you've opted for free shipping, get ready to wait another week after that. Unbelievable considering how quick their competitors have gotten. Pretty much just unacceptable for such a large company.

Visited the GAP outlet store in Salford and they put things on racks, say 40% off rack or 50% off rack. I found that with several items they did not deduct it or deducted a smaller amount. You should not have to check their honesty.

There is so much competition today for great styles at a great price, but they don't seem to get the message. Boring basics, still too expensive with all there sales trying to tread water. They think their customers want basics, which is true, but they also want approachable fashion items, which they could even do with some more inventive denim styles instead of just versions of the same things I bought there 10 years ago.

I have ordered from this site for some time, and it seems that recently they could care less about their customers. If you have any issue, well, then it's just on you and they will definitely not help you even with the simplest of issues when it is immediately brought to light. My advice: if they are this inept/impotent to handle online customer service, they should not have it!

I made a purchase that still haven't arrived and it's been passed two weeks. I called they said they would ship it back out, they don't know why it's still processing. Ok that was fine. Until I found out the order won't be here til a week later. I ordered coats for my kids. It's freezing where I'm at and now they have no coats. Never experienced anything like this. I made a return on May 1st and May 5th the warehouse received my return. Since then I have been waiting for the value of $ 93.77 to be returned on my card and nothing happens. Already send several emails, I called and no one returns or answers the calls. It is a complete disregard for the consumer. Waiting for this to be resolved to cancel my account and card with GAP.

I have been shopping at Gap for years. There is no longer a store in my city so I am forced to order online. I bought a flannel shirt on 12/26 that was discounted 40%. I never saw that it was a final sale. Any final sale I've purchased is discounted a least 70%. The shirt is too small and when I called to get a return I was told it was a final sale and not eligible for return UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. So now I am out $58 for a shirt I can't wear. THIS IS A SCAM. I will never give Gap my business again.

Horrible customer service. Sent my item to the wrong address. When I called and asked why my shipment was being sent to an address I've never lived at or even knew, they said it was my fault because thats the address I entered (which I did not).
Customer service is rude. Do not order from this site if you want your items within 3 weeks

I tried to post a product review on GAP's website, but it seems GAP doesn't post negative reviews :( I am therefore writing this review here because I bought a set of 3 kids masks in the spring of 2021 for $3.99; these same masks are now $25. It seems GAP is taking advantage of children heading back to school during a fourth wave. This is especially deplorable given that children are at significant risk because they cannot yet be vaccinated. This is price gouging at its worst! I am disgusted with GAP.
