I sent an email last week and allowed over 2 business days and still have not gotten a response back. I sent another one this past weekend

CALL THEM! They seem to SUCK at answering emails, those incompetent fools. If you bought something, I wouldn't trust it. Make a paypal claim (if you used that) if they don't respond after this. Escalate the claim if they don't comply.
