Your item is coming from China and has to go through customs. That can take weeks and although not likely, possibly months.

Your chances of a refund are very minimal. They typically give store credit.

I have placed three orders with them on 20 november and have not heard anything. i have chased with three tickets and had no replies. i'm beginning to think this is a scam as many of the reviews are written in terrible english!

I had a similar experience with my first order. Open a dispute with your payment method provider and you will be surprised at how quickly gearbest respond after. :)

I always use pay-pal for paying. Every time without problem, just make sure for the fastest shipping click there US wear house option when selecting your items I usually get mine in 5 to 7 days. If you order from the China option it will be about 25 days until you get your items

Did you go to your acount (login) ther next to you name says my ticket. Click that and you login to a sub site (may ask to login again). Then you have to fill in your order number and your question. Then they will reply whithin 24 hours... If you did that... ask again!
