I have placed three orders with them on 20 November and have not heard anything. I have chased with three tickets and had no replies. I'm beginning to think this is a scam as many of the reviews are written in terrible English!

I had a similar experience with my first order.

Open a dispute with your payment method provider and you will be surprised at how quickly gearbest respond after. :)
